黃海制藥公司人力資源培訓(xùn)體系研究

【摘要】:黃海公司是一家現(xiàn)代化的醫(yī)藥制品企業(yè),其前身為青島國(guó)營(yíng)制藥廠,于2004年改制為民營(yíng)企業(yè)。公司的業(yè)務(wù)覆蓋保健、醫(yī)藥兩大行業(yè),而且公司的研發(fā)實(shí)力具行業(yè)前列。在醫(yī)藥保健行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展的背景下,依靠領(lǐng)先的產(chǎn)品、卓越的質(zhì)量、不斷的推廣,公司的業(yè)務(wù)和員工規(guī)模越來(lái)越大。但是隨著公司規(guī)模的增大,原有的企業(yè)人力資源體系,尤其是人力資源培訓(xùn),已不能滿足公司人才上的需求,變成制約公司繼續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素之一。為了進(jìn)一步挖掘公司員工的潛力,提升公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,必須優(yōu)化公司的人力資源培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)。 本文內(nèi)容共分六章。第一章是導(dǎo)論部分,主要闡述選題背景和意義、研究方法和研究思路;第二章是人力資源培訓(xùn)理論概述;第三章是黃海公司人力資源現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題;第四章是黃海公司人力資源培訓(xùn)體系重構(gòu);第五章是黃海公司人力資源培訓(xùn)體系重構(gòu)的建議;第六章是結(jié)論。總而言之,本文貢獻(xiàn)主要體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面:其一,通過(guò)對(duì)黃海制藥公司調(diào)查研究,在企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐上證明了培訓(xùn)是制約公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要因素;其二,在調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從理論上總結(jié)并形成了以公司戰(zhàn)略為導(dǎo)向的人力資源培訓(xùn)體系方案,為公司解決人力資源培訓(xùn)中的問(wèn)題提供了一定的理論參考意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:Huang Hai Company is a modern pharmaceutical products enterprise, its predecessor is Qingdao state-run pharmaceutical factory, in 2004, the company was transformed into a private enterprise. The company's business covers health care and medicine two major industries. And the company's R & D strength is in the forefront of the industry. In the context of the rapid development of the medical and health care industry, it relies on leading products, excellent quality, and continuous promotion. However, with the increase of the size of the company, the original enterprise human resource system, especially the human resource training, can no longer meet the needs of the company. In order to further tap the potential of employees, enhance the competitiveness of the company, and achieve the sustainable and stable development of the company, it is necessary to optimize the human resources training system of the company. The content of this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic, research methods and research ideas; the second chapter is the overview of human resources training theory; the third chapter is the current situation and problems of human resources of Huang Hai company; The fourth chapter is the reconstruction of human resources training system of Huang Hai Company; the fifth chapter is the suggestion of the reconstruction of the human resources training system of Huang Hai Company; the sixth chapter is the conclusion. In a word, the contributions of this paper are mainly reflected in two aspects: first, Through the investigation and study of Huang Hai Pharmaceutical Company, it is proved in the practice of enterprise management that training is an important factor restricting the realization of the company's strategic goal. Secondly, on the basis of investigation and research, This paper summarizes and forms the human resource training system based on company strategy theoretically, which provides some theoretical reference for the company to solve the problems in human resource training.
