【摘要】：賽晶電力電子集團(tuán)有限公司是一家集科、工、貿(mào)于一體的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。該公司目前是中國鐵道運(yùn)輸裝備重要的生產(chǎn)配套廠商之一,同時(shí)也是中國電網(wǎng)輸配電領(lǐng)域節(jié)能增效電力電子部件及系統(tǒng)的領(lǐng)先制造商之一。自成立以來,賽晶電力電子集團(tuán)有限公司一直保持著較快的發(fā)展速度,其不僅在業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域上逐步擴(kuò)展,而且在經(jīng)營效益上也逐步提升。近幾年來,國際經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇緩慢、國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度放緩等因素或多或少的對賽晶集團(tuán)的發(fā)展造成了一定的不利影響。因此,對賽晶集團(tuán)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展展開相關(guān)研究就顯得非常重要了�；谶@個(gè)考慮,本文將聚焦于賽晶電力電子集團(tuán)有限公司的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展,綜合運(yùn)用SWOT分析法、五力模型等理論展開對賽晶集團(tuán)所面臨的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進(jìn)行深入的分析。在完成相關(guān)分析之后,本文將根據(jù)分析結(jié)果確定賽晶集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后,本文將根據(jù)所確定的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對賽晶集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施以及相關(guān)保障措施進(jìn)行全面的闡述。通過本文的研究,筆者希望能夠?yàn)橘惥Ъ瘓F(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提供一些參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Seijing Power Electronics Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating science, industry and trade. The company is currently one of the important manufacturers of railway transportation equipment in China. It is also one of the leading manufacturers of energy-saving and efficient power electronic components and systems in the field of power transmission and distribution in China. It has expanded not only in the field of business, but also in terms of operating efficiency. In recent years, the international economic recovery has been slow. Some factors, such as the slowing down of domestic economic development, have more or less adversely affected the development of Saijing Group. Therefore, it is very important to carry out relevant research on the strategic development of Seijing Group. Based on this consideration, This paper will focus on the strategic development of Saijing Power Electronics Group Co., Ltd., and make a thorough analysis of the strategic environment faced by Seijing Group by using the theory of SWOT analysis and five-force model, etc. After the completion of the related analysis, the paper will focus on the strategic development of Seijing Power Electronics Group Co., Ltd. This paper will determine the development strategy of Xijing Group according to the analysis results. Finally, this paper will give a comprehensive description of the implementation of the development strategy and related safeguard measures according to the determined development strategy. I hope to be able to provide some reference and reference for the development strategy of Saijing Group.
