制造和服務(wù)混合供應(yīng)鏈中牛鞭效應(yīng)的研究

【摘要】:服務(wù)型制造作為制造和服務(wù)相融合而出現(xiàn)的新型制造模式,對于滿足顧客個性化需求和促進企業(yè)升級轉(zhuǎn)型具有十分重要的意義。隨著企業(yè)向服務(wù)型制造轉(zhuǎn)型,傳統(tǒng)的制造供應(yīng)鏈也逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥瑫r具有制造和服務(wù)功能的混合供應(yīng)鏈。由于混合供應(yīng)鏈中制造和服務(wù)的本質(zhì)不同,二者相互影響導(dǎo)致混合供應(yīng)鏈中牛鞭效應(yīng)出現(xiàn)很多不同于傳統(tǒng)制造供應(yīng)鏈的性質(zhì)。研究混合供應(yīng)鏈的牛鞭效應(yīng),對于進一步完善服務(wù)型制造和混合供應(yīng)鏈理論及指導(dǎo)企業(yè)降低牛鞭效應(yīng)具有重要意義。 首先總結(jié)了服務(wù)型制造理論的發(fā)展,深入分析了服務(wù)型制造模式下混合供應(yīng)鏈的特點,比較了傳統(tǒng)制造供應(yīng)鏈和混合供應(yīng)鏈的區(qū)別,建立了混合供應(yīng)鏈的牛鞭效應(yīng)的定量模型。根據(jù)對實行服務(wù)型制造的企業(yè)的調(diào)研,建立了一個典型的混合供應(yīng)鏈的系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)流圖。采用DYNAMO語言描述模型和VENSIM軟件仿真運行,仿真結(jié)果證明了混合供應(yīng)鏈中同樣存在牛鞭效應(yīng),并得到了不同信息共享情況下混合供應(yīng)鏈牛鞭效應(yīng)的變化。接下來通過對大量仿真數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,對混合供應(yīng)鏈牛鞭效應(yīng)影響因素的總體情況進行了研究,并著重分析了市場信息反饋的影響。最后在一些合理的假設(shè)情況下,對混合供應(yīng)鏈進行了數(shù)學(xué)建模。分析了在幾種特殊情況下延遲以及一致策略等因素對混合供應(yīng)鏈牛鞭效應(yīng)的影響,并給企業(yè)減少混合供應(yīng)鏈的牛鞭效應(yīng)提供了一些建議。 研究結(jié)果表明,制造和服務(wù)混合供應(yīng)鏈的牛鞭效應(yīng)同傳統(tǒng)的制造供應(yīng)鏈的牛鞭效應(yīng)有許多不同。信息共享能夠在一定的范圍內(nèi)減少混合供應(yīng)鏈的牛鞭效應(yīng),過度的依賴共享的信息將不利于進一步減少牛鞭效應(yīng)。市場需求信息反饋對于混合供應(yīng)鏈牛鞭效應(yīng)有著全局性的影響,并減弱其他參數(shù)對牛鞭效應(yīng)的影響程度。延遲對于制造和服務(wù)階段有著不同的影響,而一致的策略將會導(dǎo)致混合供應(yīng)鏈的牛鞭效應(yīng)達到最大。這些研究結(jié)論對于指導(dǎo)混合供應(yīng)鏈的管理者減輕牛鞭效應(yīng)具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:As a new manufacturing model, service-oriented manufacturing is of great significance to meet the needs of customers and promote the upgrading of enterprises.With the transformation of enterprises to service-oriented manufacturing, the traditional manufacturing supply chain is gradually transformed into a hybrid supply chain with both manufacturing and service functions.Because of the different nature of manufacturing and service in hybrid supply chain, the bullwhip effect in hybrid supply chain is different from that in traditional manufacturing supply chain.The study of bullwhip effect in hybrid supply chain is of great significance to further improve the theory of service-oriented manufacturing and hybrid supply chain and to guide enterprises to reduce bullwhip effect.Firstly, the development of service-oriented manufacturing theory is summarized, the characteristics of hybrid supply chain in service-oriented manufacturing mode are deeply analyzed, the difference between traditional manufacturing supply chain and mixed supply chain is compared, and the quantitative model of bullwhip effect of hybrid supply chain is established.Based on the investigation of service manufacturing enterprises, a typical system dynamic flow diagram of hybrid supply chain is established.DYNAMO language is used to describe the model and VENSIM software is used to simulate the operation. The simulation results show that the bullwhip effect also exists in the hybrid supply chain, and the change of bullwhip effect in the mixed supply chain under different information sharing conditions is obtained.Then, through the statistical analysis of a large number of simulation data, the overall situation of the bullwhip effect of mixed supply chain is studied, and the influence of market information feedback is analyzed emphatically.Finally, a mathematical model of hybrid supply chain is established under some reasonable assumptions.The effects of delay and consistent strategy on bullwhip effect in hybrid supply chain are analyzed in several special cases, and some suggestions are provided for enterprises to reduce bullwhip effect in hybrid supply chain.The results show that the bullwhip effect of manufacturing and service hybrid supply chain is different from that of traditional manufacturing supply chain.The information sharing can reduce the bullwhip effect of the mixed supply chain to a certain extent, and the excessive reliance on the shared information will be unfavorable to further reduce the bullwhip effect.The feedback of market demand information has a global influence on bullwhip effect in hybrid supply chain and weakens the influence of other parameters on bullwhip effect.Delay has different effects on manufacturing and service phases, and consistent strategy will lead to the maximum bullwhip effect in hybrid supply chain.These conclusions are of great significance to guide the managers of mixed supply chain to reduce bullwhip effect.
