成品油配送路徑優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著市場競爭日益激烈、石油資源稀缺,加之我國成品油市場逐漸開放,促使消費者對產(chǎn)品服務(wù)要求提高,從而導(dǎo)致國有成品油銷售企業(yè)面臨巨大的壓力。因此,就要加大力度對整個石油產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進行優(yōu)化和改革,積聚力量增加整個企業(yè)的競爭力。成品油配送是石油產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的最后一個環(huán)節(jié)。它直接面臨終端用戶,最終實現(xiàn)企業(yè)利潤。由于我國成品油配送制起步較晚,且受各方面的限制,其管理模式、運輸結(jié)構(gòu)、信息化程度等都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于其他國家。 鑒于此,本文在調(diào)查研究和實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,以中國石油集團川慶鉆探工程有限公司重慶運輸總公司配送優(yōu)化方案為例,通過研究該公司傳統(tǒng)配送模式及流程,分析傳統(tǒng)配送存在的問題,運用最短路模型和聯(lián)合運輸模型,實現(xiàn)國內(nèi)成品油銷售企業(yè)一二次聯(lián)合配送優(yōu)化。 本文通過對成品油配送系統(tǒng)運作情況和配送路徑優(yōu)化情況分析,進而提出成品油一、二次聯(lián)合配送路徑優(yōu)化方案,并據(jù)此建立成品油一、二次聯(lián)合配送優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型和數(shù)學(xué)模型。然后運用WinQSB軟件求得最短路徑,從而計算出在雙層次的成品油一、二次聯(lián)合配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的最小單位運費;接著用spreadsheet萬法規(guī)劃求解出了最優(yōu)運輸方案,實現(xiàn)了成品油的一、二次聯(lián)合配送優(yōu)化。 該配送優(yōu)化案例的重點是優(yōu)化配送路徑,核心是通過優(yōu)化配送總成本來實現(xiàn)。這不僅可以解決中國石油集團川慶鉆探工程有限公司重慶運輸總公司當(dāng)前所面臨的問題,也可以把一些研究的好方法應(yīng)用到與此案例類似的企業(yè)當(dāng)中,以便相互借鑒,科學(xué)有效解決這些企業(yè)的實際問題,促進企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition, the scarcity of petroleum resources, and the gradual opening of the refined oil market in China, consumer demand for products and services has been raised, resulting in huge pressure on state-owned oil products sales enterprises.Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the optimization and reform of the whole petroleum industry chain, and accumulate strength to increase the competitiveness of the whole enterprise.Oil product distribution is the last link in the petroleum industry chain.It faces the end user directly, realizes the enterprise profit finally.Due to the late start of oil product distribution system in China, and limited by various aspects, its management mode, transportation structure, information level and so on are far behind other countries.In view of this, on the basis of investigation and practice, this paper takes the distribution optimization scheme of Chongqing Transportation Corporation of China Petroleum Group Chuanqing drilling Engineering Co., Ltd as an example, by studying the traditional distribution mode and process of the company.This paper analyzes the problems existing in traditional distribution and realizes the optimization of primary and secondary joint distribution of domestic oil products sales enterprises by using the shortest path model and the combined transportation model.Based on the analysis of the operation of the finished oil distribution system and the optimization of the distribution route, this paper puts forward the route optimization scheme of the first and second joint distribution of finished oil, and establishes the product oil one based on this.Quadratic joint distribution optimization network model and mathematical model.Then the shortest path is obtained by using WinQSB software, so as to calculate the minimum unit freight rate in the two-level oil product primary and secondary joint distribution network, and then the optimal transportation scheme is solved by using the spreadsheet ten thousand method to realize the one of the refined oil products.Secondary joint distribution optimization.The focus of the distribution optimization case is to optimize the distribution path, and the core is to optimize the total cost of distribution.This can not only solve the problems currently faced by Chongqing Transportation Corporation of China National Petroleum Group Chuan Qing drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., but also apply some good research methods to enterprises similar to this case so that they can learn from each other.Solve the practical problems of these enterprises scientifically and effectively, and promote the continuous development of enterprises.
