從多點接觸角度看中國家電行業(yè)的動態(tài)競爭

【摘要】:雖然多點競爭的概念早在上世紀(jì)80年代就已提出,但至今仍是國內(nèi)外企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)界最重要的研究方向之一。而中國學(xué)者在該領(lǐng)域的研究起步晚于國外學(xué)者,直到上世紀(jì)90年代末我國才引入了動態(tài)競爭理論。在競爭日益激烈、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略日益動態(tài)的全球化背景下,對多點競爭理論的深入研究有助于企業(yè)對競爭對手行為進(jìn)行分析并采取最優(yōu)行動,有助于減少惡性競爭、提高市場的整體效率,并從動態(tài)競爭角度為企業(yè)的績效提高提供參考意見。而現(xiàn)有的研究文獻(xiàn)大多仍停留在理論分析層面,由于數(shù)據(jù)收集難度等各方面原因,所做的實證研究較少,即便有中外學(xué)者選取了某一特定領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了實證分析,但多數(shù)都集中在航空、酒店、保險等行業(yè),對以上行業(yè)以外的研究可以說仍處于空白期。 本文試圖從競爭互動的角度出發(fā),對中國家電行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史及競爭現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理和分析,探究多點競爭在該行業(yè)的形成過程及其相關(guān)理論的具體應(yīng)用。之所以選取家電行業(yè)為研究對象是因為該行業(yè)歷經(jīng)改革開放三十年的發(fā)展,在中國已成為一個高度開放、高度市場化以及完全競爭的代表性行業(yè),研究的框架及相關(guān)結(jié)論可被適度拓展到其他行業(yè),提高了研究的價值。而有別于以往研究的是本文并非從某一多點競爭理論的細(xì)節(jié)入手,檢驗?zāi)程囟ㄒ蛩貙ζ髽I(yè)績效的影響,而是從全局角度出發(fā),構(gòu)建了運用多點競爭理論對家電行業(yè)競爭狀況的分析框架。本文從較為宏觀的行業(yè)層面,進(jìn)一步深入到企業(yè)層面,最后具體到公司的行動層面,分別將多點競爭理論的一些研究發(fā)現(xiàn)與現(xiàn)實競爭環(huán)境中的企業(yè)實務(wù)聯(lián)系起來,分析了中國家電行業(yè)在動態(tài)競爭環(huán)境中多點競爭格局的形成過程,探究了行業(yè)中具有代表性的幾家企業(yè)對多點競爭優(yōu)勢的利用情況,指出了企業(yè)在具體行動層面存在的不足,并為將來企業(yè)如何通過多點競爭優(yōu)勢的發(fā)揮來降低競爭強度、提高績效提出了具體操作建議。 系統(tǒng)化分析框架的提出、理論與實務(wù)的結(jié)合、微型案例的穿插分析以及將多點競爭理論與其他戰(zhàn)略管理理論的結(jié)合研究是本文的幾處亮點之一。希望本文的研究思路能為將來其他學(xué)者拓展到其他行業(yè)的研究帶來借鑒,而本文對中國家電行業(yè)競爭現(xiàn)狀存在的問題及改進(jìn)方案的提出也能為家電企業(yè)未來競爭戰(zhàn)略的規(guī)劃提供參考。
[Abstract]:Although the concept of multi-point competition was put forward as early as 1980s, it is still one of the most important research directions in the field of enterprise strategic management at home and abroad. It was not until the end of 1990s that China introduced the theory of dynamic competition. The in-depth study of the theory of multi-point competition is helpful for enterprises to analyze the behavior of competitors and take the best action, to reduce the vicious competition and to improve the overall efficiency of the market. And from the point of view of dynamic competition to provide reference for the improvement of enterprise performance. However, most of the existing research literature is still in the theoretical analysis level, due to the difficulty of data collection and other reasons, the empirical research done is less. Even though some Chinese and foreign scholars have selected a specific field for empirical analysis, most of them are concentrated in aviation, hotel, insurance and other industries. This paper attempts to sort out and analyze the development history and competition status of Chinese household appliance industry from the angle of competition interaction. This paper explores the forming process of multi-point competition in this industry and the specific application of relevant theories. The reason for choosing the household appliance industry as the research object is that the industry has become highly open in China after three decades of reform and opening up. Highly market-oriented and fully competitive representative industries, the research framework and related conclusions can be appropriately extended to other industries, What is different from the previous research is that this paper does not start with the details of a multi-point competition theory to test the impact of a particular factor on the performance of the firm, but from the perspective of the overall situation. In this paper, the author constructs the analysis frame of the competition situation of the household appliance industry by using the multi-point competition theory. This paper goes deep into the enterprise level from the macro industry level, and finally to the action level of the company. Connecting the research findings of multi-point competition theory with the practice of enterprises in the real competition environment, this paper analyzes the forming process of the multi-point competition pattern in the dynamic competition environment of Chinese household appliances industry. This paper probes into the utilization of the multi-point competitive advantage by several representative enterprises in the industry, points out the shortcomings of the enterprises in the specific action level, and points out how to reduce the competition intensity through the exertion of the multi-point competitive advantage in the future. Specific operational suggestions are put forward to improve performance. The proposal of systematic analysis framework, the combination of theory and practice, One of the highlights of this paper is the interweaving analysis of micro cases and the combination of multi-point competition theory and other strategic management theories. I hope that the research ideas of this paper can be used for reference by other scholars in the future. This paper also provides a reference for the planning of the future competition strategy of the household appliance enterprises.
