【摘要】：正10月6日,年產(chǎn)600 t微納米鐵粉項(xiàng)目在山東泰山鋼鐵集團(tuán)投產(chǎn)。該項(xiàng)目投產(chǎn)后,年可生產(chǎn)38μm(400目)、23μm(600目)、18μm(800目)、13μm(1 000目)、10μm(1 300目)等多種規(guī)格的特種粉末冶金產(chǎn)品,鐵質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)98.5%以上,鐵粉粒度2~25μm,達(dá)到微米級(jí)、納米級(jí)。據(jù)了解,該項(xiàng)目是泰鋼為積極應(yīng)對(duì)行業(yè)嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì),探索多元化發(fā)展道路而實(shí)施的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目擁有國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng),實(shí)用新型專利5項(xiàng)。
[Abstract]:On October 6, the project with an annual production of 600 tons of micro and nanometer iron powder was put into operation in Shandong Taishan Iron and Steel Group. After the project was put into operation, the annual production of 38 渭 m ~ (400) ~ (23 渭 m) ~ (400) ~ (6) 渭 m ~ (600) ~ (6) ~ (18) 渭 m ~ (800) ~ (1 000) ~ (1 000) ~ (10 渭 m ~ (1 ~ 300) ~ (th)) special powder metallurgical products with more than 98.5% iron content was achieved. The iron powder has a particle size of 25 渭 m, reaching micron and nanometer levels. According to our understanding, this project is a key project implemented by Taigang to actively respond to the severe situation in the industry and explore the road of diversified development. This project has one domestic invention patent. Five patents for utility model.
