新疆天富電力集團(tuán)公司多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)發(fā)展到一定階段擴(kuò)張規(guī)模、規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的戰(zhàn)略選擇。通過多元化戰(zhàn)略,許多企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速發(fā)展壯大。但是上世紀(jì)80年代以來,企業(yè)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)遇到了許多阻礙,許多多元化企業(yè)開始縮減其規(guī)模,重新回歸主業(yè),實(shí)施歸核化經(jīng)營(yíng)。我國(guó)企業(yè)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)成功者少,失敗者多,引起了理論界和企業(yè)界的探討和關(guān)注。在新的形勢(shì)下,研究企業(yè)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng),為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)者如何在專業(yè)化和多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)之間做出抉擇和平衡提供思路和指導(dǎo)思想。 本文以新疆天富電力(集團(tuán))公司為案例,在分析多元化概念的剖析和相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,深刻分析了新疆天富電力集團(tuán)公司的多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀。主要內(nèi)容分為六個(gè)部分:第一部分分析了研究背景和與本課題有關(guān)研究的回顧;第二部分著重介紹了相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分分析了新疆天富電力集團(tuán)公司的發(fā)展歷程及其發(fā)展中存在的問題;第四部分是對(duì)新疆天富電力集團(tuán)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)行了SW0T分析,并使用波士頓矩陣評(píng)價(jià)了企業(yè)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,然后結(jié)合上述分析提出了新的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想;第五部分是為了保障企業(yè)能夠順利的實(shí)施相關(guān)的戰(zhàn)略,制訂了一系列的保障措施;第六部分是本文的結(jié)論和展望部分。希望通過本文的分析,能夠幫助新疆天富電力集團(tuán)公司走出一條適合其發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略道路。
[Abstract]:Diversification strategy is the strategic choice for enterprises to expand their scale to a certain stage and avoid risks. Through diversification strategy, many enterprises have achieved rapid development. However, since the 1980s, The diversification of enterprises encountered many obstacles, many diversified enterprises began to reduce their scale, return to the main business, and implement the core management. Under the new situation, the study of enterprise diversification provides ideas and guidelines on how to make a choice and balance between specialization and diversification. This paper takes Xinjiang Tianfu Power (Group) Company as a case study, on the basis of analyzing the concept of diversification and related theories. The present situation of Xinjiang Tianfu Power Group is deeply analyzed. The main contents are divided into six parts: the first part analyzes the research background and the review of the research related to this topic; The second part focuses on the related concepts and theoretical basis, the third part analyzes the development of Xinjiang Tianfu Power Group and the existing problems in the development. The fourth part is to carry on the SW0T analysis to the Xinjiang Tianfu Electric Power Group diversification, and use the Boston matrix to evaluate the enterprise diversification present situation, then has proposed the new strategic idea combining the above analysis; The fifth part is to ensure the enterprise can implement the related strategy smoothly, has formulated a series of safeguard measures; the sixth part is the conclusion and the prospect part of this article. Can help Xinjiang Tianfu Power Group Company to find a strategic road suitable for its development.
