新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)視域下的中印紡織服裝業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)(New Economic Geography):是一個(gè)融合個(gè)體經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、國際貿(mào)易理論及區(qū)位理論的新科學(xué)理論;趥鹘y(tǒng)地理學(xué)的局限性,新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)重新審視了經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的空間因素,并將地域聚合、“路徑依賴”作為引導(dǎo),來探究物質(zhì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)的空間集中、聚合規(guī)律。為了推動(dòng)地域經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)為我們提供了對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)整合(RegionalEconomic Integration)的思考。且一般而言,參與經(jīng)濟(jì)整合的國家普遍為區(qū)域或地理上的臨近國家。其表現(xiàn)形態(tài)可以是優(yōu)惠性貿(mào)易協(xié)定、自由貿(mào)易區(qū)、關(guān)稅同盟、共同市場等。 中國與印度比鄰而居,同為世界上人口眾多的發(fā)展中國家,在產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)成中又同是世界最大的紡織品服裝產(chǎn)銷大國,有著較為相似的人文地理?xiàng)l件。然而,地域聚集集中的吸引力與排斥力兩個(gè)要素制約著中印兩國的紡織服裝業(yè)的合作與發(fā)展。 目前,印度的紡織服裝業(yè)正處于剛剛成型階段,其更為低廉的勞動(dòng)力成本使之成為未來一段時(shí)期內(nèi)極具競爭優(yōu)勢的紡織服裝業(yè)“巨頭”。相對(duì)于印度而言,中國作為全球重要的紡織品服裝生產(chǎn)和貿(mào)易大國,在人力資源上已經(jīng)失去了廉價(jià)勞動(dòng)力的優(yōu)勢,開始實(shí)現(xiàn)品牌戰(zhàn)略的轉(zhuǎn)型,走科技路線。這為其與印度的合作提供了一定的條件。并且隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,中國已然成為世界服裝的消費(fèi)大國,這也為中印兩國的合作提供了非地域性的條件。由此可見,中印的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作存在一定的可能性,,即有著強(qiáng)烈的地域聚集集中的吸引力。但是地域聚集集中的排斥力依然存在,首先,中印兩國同為發(fā)展中的大國,在意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域有著較大的差異,突出表現(xiàn)在“競爭”而非合作。第二,中印兩國由于歷史性因素,外交政策上不可能“無隔閡”,或多或少會(huì)影響到中印紡織服裝業(yè)的發(fā)展。最后,從世界紡織服裝業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移趨勢來看,其加工制造中心已經(jīng)從中國轉(zhuǎn)移到東南亞國家,而中國處在加工和設(shè)計(jì)的尷尬境地,已經(jīng)失去原先較優(yōu)的條件,這些都制約著中印紡織品服裝業(yè)的區(qū)域合作。 競爭、合作、發(fā)展、強(qiáng)大的潛在因素,為中印紡織服裝業(yè)的發(fā)展研究提供了很大的空間。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分: 第一部分:導(dǎo)論。提出本文的研究背景及意義,介紹下國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究成果并進(jìn)行綜述概括,以及本文的主要研究內(nèi)容、方法及數(shù)據(jù)來源。 第二部分:新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)介評(píng)。簡單介紹了新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)的興起與傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)的缺陷相關(guān),以及新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)重新審視了經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的空間因素,最后著重強(qiáng)調(diào)了新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)對(duì)中印紡織服裝業(yè)的影響。 第三部分:新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)視域下的中印紡織服裝業(yè)的發(fā)展。從新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)的角度詳細(xì)分析了中國和印度的紡織服裝業(yè)的發(fā)展,并對(duì)兩國紡織服裝業(yè)發(fā)展的相似性和差異性做了闡述 第四部分:促進(jìn)中國紡織服裝業(yè)的良好發(fā)展并推動(dòng)中印合作發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。提出相關(guān)方法策略提高中國紡織品服裝的國際競爭力,以實(shí)現(xiàn)中國從紡織品大國向紡織品強(qiáng)國轉(zhuǎn)變。 第五部分:結(jié)論與不足。概述本文的研究結(jié)論與不足之處。
[Abstract]:New economic geography ( New Economic Geography ) is a new scientific theory of integration of individual economics , international trade theory and location theory . Based on the limitation of traditional geography , the new economic geography reexamines the spatial factors of economic activity .
Compared with India , China and India are the largest developing countries in the world , and the most populous developing countries in the world are the largest producers and sellers of textile clothing in the world . However , the attraction and repulsion forces of the regional gathering set restrict the cooperation and development of textile and clothing industry in China and India .
At present , India ' s textile and clothing industry is in the just - formed stage , its cheaper labor cost makes it a very competitive textile and clothing industry giant in the future . Compared with India , China has lost its advantages of cheap labor force in human resources . It has also provided non - regional conditions for the cooperation between China and India .
Competition , cooperation , development and strong potential factors provide a great space for the development of China - India textile and clothing industry .
This paper is divided into five parts :
Part I : Introduction . The background and significance of this paper are presented , and the related research results at home and abroad are introduced and summarized , as well as the main research contents , methods and data sources of this paper .
The second part : A brief introduction of the rise of the new economic geography and the defect of traditional economic geography , and the new economic geography reexamines the spatial factors of economic activity , and stresses the influence of the new economic geography on the textile and clothing industry in China .
The third part : The development of textile and clothing industry in China and India under the new economic geography view . The development of textile and clothing industry in China and India is analyzed in detail from the perspective of the new economic geography , and the similarities and differences between the development of textile and clothing industry in the two countries are expounded .
The fourth part is to promote the sound development of China ' s textile and clothing industry and promote the development of Sino - Indian cooperation .
Part V : Conclusions and deficiencies . The conclusions and shortcomings of this paper are summarized .
