XZ卷煙廠生產(chǎn)車間信息系統(tǒng)改進研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)時代進入21世紀以后,隨著市場競爭的日益激烈,制造型企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)管理上開始逐步認識到開展精益生產(chǎn)管理的重要性,企業(yè)越來越關(guān)注生產(chǎn)過程的細節(jié)控制。采用先進的信息技術(shù)實現(xiàn)和增強生產(chǎn)過程控制的有效管理是企業(yè)的重要手段之一,所以制造型企業(yè)上馬面向生產(chǎn)制造過程管理和物流過程的MES系統(tǒng)逐漸成為趨勢。 在我們國家的企業(yè)界,對于MES系統(tǒng)的認識和應(yīng)用還僅僅處于起步階段,對于如何構(gòu)建使用MES系統(tǒng),企業(yè)還沒有豐富的經(jīng)驗,對于MES系統(tǒng)的核心理念、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和最新技術(shù)的融合方式還比較陌生。通過對我國企業(yè)現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)實施的MES應(yīng)用情況的研究可以看出,絕大多數(shù)企業(yè)都把精力放在了對于產(chǎn)品制造過程的管理上,而忽略了從物料入庫、產(chǎn)品制造到成品出庫等全過程的物流執(zhí)行管理。這種信息斷層的存在就會使企業(yè)決策者不能準確地掌握物料的準確數(shù)量和實時的變化信息,從而無法做出準確的判斷、決策和控制。 本文以現(xiàn)實中的XZ卷煙廠車間的MES系統(tǒng)實施項目為背景,闡述了MES系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)的功能,并對其存在的物流管理方面的不足進行了分析,并提出了引入物流執(zhí)行的解決方案。以MES系統(tǒng)在車間物流環(huán)節(jié)的應(yīng)用為主線,著重描述了在已建成的MES系統(tǒng)功能中融合物流執(zhí)行方案后,車間的物流執(zhí)行部分(入廠物流、出廠物流)中的應(yīng)用及實現(xiàn)方式,還有企業(yè)如何使用新的RFID技術(shù)和無線移動處理技術(shù)管理物流過程。這一新的聯(lián)合模式將幫助車間管理層實時獲取物流的精確信息,從而提升車間的生產(chǎn)制造和出入庫等物流管理的作業(yè)效率。 本文還介紹了MES和物流執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的基本定義、發(fā)展歷程與其主要功能模塊,同時還介紹了RFID技術(shù)的基本概念,分析了企業(yè)MES改進后能獲得的效益,在文章的最后描述了系統(tǒng)實施后的效果。
[Abstract]:As the era enters the 21st century, with the increasingly fierce market competition, manufacturing enterprises begin to gradually realize the importance of lean production management in production management. Enterprises pay more and more attention to the detail control of production process. It is one of the important means for enterprises to adopt advanced information technology to realize and enhance the effective management of production process control. Therefore, MES system for manufacturing process management and logistics is becoming a trend in manufacturing enterprises. In our country's business circles, the understanding and application of MES system is only in its infancy. The enterprise has no rich experience on how to build and use MES system, and the core idea of MES system. The combination of key technologies and the latest technologies is still relatively unfamiliar. Through the study of the MES applications that have been implemented by Chinese enterprises now, we can see that most enterprises are focusing on the management of the manufacturing process of products. However, the logistics execution management in the whole process, such as material storage, product manufacture and finished product exit, is neglected. The existence of this information fault will make the enterprise decision makers unable to accurately grasp the accurate quantity of materials and the real-time change information. It is impossible to make accurate judgment, decision-making and control. Based on the implementation project of MES system in XZ cigarette factory workshop in reality, this paper expounds the main functions of MES system, and analyzes its shortcomings in logistics management. Taking the application of MES system in workshop logistics as the main line, this paper emphatically describes the logistics implementation part of the workshop after the integration of logistics execution scheme in the completed MES system function. The application and implementation of factory logistics, as well as how enterprises use new RFID technology and wireless mobile processing technology to manage logistics process. This new joint mode will help workshop management to obtain accurate information of logistics in real time. In order to improve the workshop production and warehouse and other logistics management efficiency. This paper also introduces the basic definition of MES and logistics execution system, the development course and its main function modules, and also introduces the basic concept of RFID technology, and analyzes the benefits that can be obtained after the improvement of enterprise MES. At the end of the article, the effect of system implementation is described.
