【摘要】：利用1990—2010年間的數(shù)據(jù),通過基尼系數(shù)和不平衡指數(shù)比較分析中國煤炭資源分布、配置與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要素的時(shí)空演化和匹配關(guān)系。煤炭資源—經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要素基尼系數(shù)表明,1990—2010年間中國煤炭資源空間分布呈現(xiàn)出極不協(xié)調(diào)的特點(diǎn),而相對完備的交通運(yùn)輸體系會降低煤炭資源稟賦的區(qū)域差異;煤炭資源—經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要素不平衡指數(shù)表明,中國煤炭資源的分布、配置與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要素之間缺乏有效的平衡性,通過煤炭資源配置可以改善煤炭資源與經(jīng)濟(jì)不平衡程度,提高煤炭資源利用的均衡性。
[Abstract]:Based on the data from 1990 to 2010, the distribution of coal resources in China is analyzed by comparing the Gini coefficient and the unbalanced index. The spatial and temporal evolution and matching relationship between allocation and economic development elements. The Gini coefficient of coal resources-economic development elements indicates that the spatial distribution of coal resources in China from 1990 to 2010 showed extremely discordant characteristics. However, a relatively complete transportation system will reduce the regional differences in the endowment of coal resources, and the unbalanced index of coal resources-economic development elements indicates that there is a lack of effective balance between the distribution, allocation and economic development elements of coal resources in China. The allocation of coal resources can improve the degree of imbalance between coal resources and economy and improve the balance of coal resources utilization.
