【摘要】：世界的經(jīng)濟(jì)格局正在發(fā)生翻天覆地的變化，中國也已經(jīng)逐漸成為了這場經(jīng)濟(jì)力量角逐中的關(guān)鍵角色。作為中國新一代的MBA學(xué)生，如何將所學(xué)的財(cái)務(wù)、戰(zhàn)略、市場、營銷、人力資源等各種金融管理工具與知識(shí)運(yùn)用到實(shí)際的商戰(zhàn)中去，創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書無疑是一個(gè)全面的考驗(yàn)，也是一種很好的試煉。在今日被譽(yù)為投資熱土的中國，無數(shù)好的創(chuàng)意一直得不到投資方的青睞正是因?yàn)槲覀內(nèi)匀惶幵凇绊?xiàng)目可行性分析報(bào)告”的階段，，與之相比創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書則不單單著眼于技術(shù)或者項(xiàng)目的可行性方案，而是體系化的涵蓋了從早期企業(yè)初創(chuàng)的產(chǎn)品定位，資金融資，人員配置，市場分析，到中后期商業(yè)運(yùn)作的組織管理，市場營銷，成本控制，財(cái)務(wù)回報(bào)等投資者感興趣的幾乎所有方面�？梢娮珜憚�(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書不僅需要MBA全方面的理論知識(shí)，更要通過對市場，財(cái)務(wù)等公司運(yùn)營進(jìn)行有針對的分析，最終將之形成一個(gè)可行的，值得投資的方案。 上海冠方信息技術(shù)有限公司的創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書旨在通過創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)中優(yōu)秀海歸人才的最新突破性光頻域技術(shù)專利，帶動(dòng)光纖檢測產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)自主研發(fā)，以此來彌補(bǔ)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品精度和范圍上的不足。該產(chǎn)品將在中國進(jìn)行自主研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)品化后將面對國內(nèi)和國際電信企業(yè)以及光纖使用行業(yè)的諸多客戶進(jìn)行銷售，以此來填補(bǔ)國內(nèi)和國際上高精度大范圍光纖檢測產(chǎn)品的空白。該產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)，生產(chǎn)以及銷售全部擬由企業(yè)自行完成，本計(jì)劃書將從初期的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)階段到中期的產(chǎn)品制造階段乃至最后的營銷盈利階段進(jìn)行一個(gè)長期的系統(tǒng)分析。同時(shí)力求尋找出一個(gè)可持續(xù)，可復(fù)制拓展，以知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)為核心競爭力的高科技產(chǎn)品的商業(yè)模式。 本次選擇光纖檢測產(chǎn)品作為創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃是由于在信息化飛速發(fā)展的今天，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)從產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入了信息經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代，光纖的普及更是讓信息的傳遞速度與日俱增，但是光纖自身的檢測方法和產(chǎn)品卻一直受到技術(shù)瓶頸的限制，停留在純?nèi)斯z測的時(shí)代。最新的光頻域光纖檢測技術(shù)雖然有了很多實(shí)質(zhì)性的進(jìn)步，但國際上也僅有一家企業(yè)在售基于該技術(shù)的產(chǎn)品，并且該產(chǎn)品的檢測精度以及范圍仍然存在缺陷，加之每臺(tái)將近十萬美元的高昂價(jià)格，使得即使國外的電信行業(yè)也很難接受，該企業(yè)還因?yàn)榧夹g(shù)敏感性而禁止對中國銷售的策略使得中國國內(nèi)在這一領(lǐng)域依然是完全的空白。
[Abstract]:The world's economic landscape is changing dramatically, and China has gradually become a key player in this competition for economic power. As a new generation of MBA students in China, how to learn how to finance, strategy, market, marketing, Human resources and other financial management tools and knowledge are used in the actual business war. The entrepreneurial plan is undoubtedly a comprehensive test and a very good test. Countless good ideas have never been appreciated by investors because we are still in the "project feasibility report" phase, compared with the entrepreneurial plan that is not just about technology or the feasibility of the project. It covers everything from product positioning, capital financing, staffing, market analysis, to organizational management, marketing, cost control in the middle and later stages of business operations. Financial returns and other investors are interested in almost everything. It can be seen that writing a business plan requires not only theoretical knowledge of all aspects of MBA, but also a targeted analysis of the operations of companies such as markets, finance, etc. Finally form a feasible, worthwhile investment plan. The enterprise plan of Shanghai Guanfang Information Technology Co., Ltd. aims to promote the related independent research and development of optical fiber inspection products through the latest breakthrough optical frequency domain technology patent of outstanding overseas returnees in the entrepreneurial team. The product will be developed and manufactured independently in China and will be sold to domestic and international telecommunications enterprises and many customers in the optical fiber use industry. In order to fill in the gaps in domestic and international high-precision and large-scale optical fiber inspection products, the research and development, production and sale of the products are to be completed by the enterprises themselves. This plan will carry out a long-term system analysis from the initial product development stage to the intermediate product manufacturing stage and the final marketing profit stage. At the same time, it will strive to find a sustainable, replicable expansion. Intellectual property as the core competitiveness of high-tech products business model. This choice of fiber-optic inspection products as a business plan is due to the rapid development of information today, the world economy has moved from industrial economy to the era of information economy, and the popularization of optical fiber has increased the speed of information transmission. However, the detection methods and products of optical fiber itself have been limited by the technical bottleneck and remain in the era of pure manual detection. Although the latest optical fiber detection technology in frequency domain has made a lot of substantial progress, But there is only one international company that is selling products based on the technology, and there are still shortcomings in the accuracy and scope of the product, and the high price of nearly US $100,000 per unit makes it difficult for even the foreign telecommunications industry to accept it. The company's strategy of banning sales to China because of its technological sensitivities leaves a complete gap in the sector.
