【摘要】：信息化是當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的大趨勢(shì),也是我們國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)和實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化的關(guān)鍵所在。信息化不但是企業(yè)提升管理水平的一種手段,而且是企業(yè)未來經(jīng)營(yíng)的基本條件。企業(yè)信息化水平的高低,將成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng)弱的重要標(biāo)志。企業(yè)只有掌握和利用好信息技術(shù),按照現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理念組織好企業(yè)的物流、信息流、資金流,才能全面提升企業(yè)資源配置水平,提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,使企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。 現(xiàn)在的企業(yè)比以往任何時(shí)候都更注重利用信息技術(shù)。企業(yè)通過信息化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)來提高自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,通過信息化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)達(dá)到優(yōu)化企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程、降低企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)成本、提升企業(yè)管理水平的目的。但企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的、漫長(zhǎng)的系統(tǒng)工程,牽扯到企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)的方方面面,涉及企業(yè)的架構(gòu)優(yōu)化、業(yè)務(wù)流程重組等深層次問題,這就導(dǎo)致了企業(yè)在信息化建設(shè)的過程中并不都是一帆風(fēng)順的,都存在有待優(yōu)化、整改的問題。診斷研究企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)存在的問題,尋求解決問題的辦法,加強(qiáng)和提升企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)管理與信息化管理的融合程度就顯得尤為重要,這是筆者寫這篇論文的目的所在。 筆者在海默科技工作多年,對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程與管理現(xiàn)狀以及信息化系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用情況都十分清楚,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合信息化工程、管理信息技術(shù)、企業(yè)流程再造、企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃等相關(guān)理論知識(shí),分析并診斷了海默科技信息化系統(tǒng)在總體規(guī)劃、系統(tǒng)集成、流程設(shè)置、數(shù)據(jù)安全等方面存在的問題,提出整改、解決這些問題的具體措施,并強(qiáng)調(diào)了在整改過程中應(yīng)該注意的事項(xiàng)。筆者希望通過對(duì)海默科技信息化系統(tǒng)的診斷研究,為該企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)提供有價(jià)值的指導(dǎo)意見,使得該企業(yè)的信息化系統(tǒng)得到不斷完善和優(yōu)化,從而提升該企業(yè)的管理信息化水平,增強(qiáng)該企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the main trend of economic and social development in the world today. It is also the key to the optimization and upgrading of our national industry and the realization of industrialization and modernization. It is not only a means for enterprises to upgrade their management level, It is also the basic condition for the future operation of enterprises. The level of enterprise information will become an important symbol of the competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprises must master and make good use of information technology and organize the logistics of enterprises well according to the modern enterprise management concept. Information flow and capital flow can improve the level of enterprise resource allocation, improve the efficiency of enterprise operation, and make the enterprise in an invincible position in the market competition. Today's enterprises pay more attention to the use of information technology than ever before. Enterprises improve their core competitiveness through the construction of information systems, and optimize business processes through the construction of information systems. The purpose of reducing the cost of enterprise operation and improving the level of enterprise management. However, the construction of enterprise informatization is a complex and long system engineering, which involves all aspects of enterprise operation and involves the optimization of enterprise structure. Business process reengineering and other deep-seated problems, which lead to enterprises in the process of information construction is not all smooth sailing, there are problems to be optimized, rectified. It is particularly important to seek solutions to the problems and to strengthen and enhance the integration of enterprise basic management and information management, which is the purpose of the author writing this paper. The author has worked in science and technology for many years, and is very clear about the development course and management status of enterprise and the application of information system. On this basis, the author combines information engineering, management information technology, enterprise process reengineering. This paper analyzes and diagnoses the problems existing in the aspects of overall planning, system integration, process setting, data security and so on, and puts forward some concrete measures to solve these problems, such as enterprise resource planning and other related theoretical knowledge. The author hopes to provide valuable guidance for the improvement of the enterprise information system through the diagnosis and research on the information system of the science and technology of Hammer, and emphasizes the matters that should be paid attention to in the process of rectification and reform. The information system of the enterprise is constantly improved and optimized, so as to improve the management information level of the enterprise and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
