【摘要】：一直以來，建筑行業(yè)企業(yè)的管理都是以粗放型管理、技術(shù)含量偏低而遭人詬病。隨著現(xiàn)代市場競爭環(huán)境的日益激烈，對每一家建筑業(yè)企業(yè)的管理水平的要求不斷在提高。運(yùn)用信息技術(shù)，通過企業(yè)信息化促進(jìn)建筑業(yè)企業(yè)管理水平的提高，是一個有效的途徑，也是值得我們認(rèn)真研究和探討的長期課題。建筑業(yè)是新疆地區(qū)的一個非常重要的行業(yè)，作為一個處于跨越式發(fā)展階段的地區(qū)，新疆本地建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展前景非常廣闊，建筑施工企業(yè)的發(fā)展也是非常迅速。截至“十一五”末期的2010年，全區(qū)有資質(zhì)的建筑法人企業(yè)達(dá)到993家，比“十五”末期的2005年增加112個，增長12.7%，位居全國第25位。然而，由于“重生產(chǎn)、輕經(jīng)營”的管理傳統(tǒng)、以及缺乏信息化支撐的落后項目管理水平，使得新疆的建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展存在很多問題。 企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)，必須立足于企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略在先，配套的信息化規(guī)劃在后。本文主要由引言、新疆建工集團(tuán)企業(yè)概況、信息化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀分析、SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析與信息化策略選擇，信息化平臺架構(gòu)與信息化管理理念等六部分組成。通過對新疆建工集團(tuán)的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行SWOT分析，把握公司發(fā)展方向的中心內(nèi)容，，將信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃與公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略結(jié)合起來，依據(jù)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，提出企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃，實施方案，并進(jìn)一步闡述企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的管理理念。 本篇論文在新疆建工集團(tuán)的公司戰(zhàn)略分析，信息化現(xiàn)狀與存在問題，信息化發(fā)展規(guī)劃方案的研究等方面進(jìn)行了比較深刻的研究，運(yùn)用了SWOT分析方法使得信息化規(guī)劃與實施更加具有戰(zhàn)略性，為建筑行業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)提供了一定的理論參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:All along, the management of construction enterprises has been criticized for its extensive management and low technology content. With the increasingly fierce competition in the modern market environment, It is an effective way to improve the management level of every construction enterprise by using information technology and promoting the management level of construction enterprise through enterprise informatization. The construction industry is a very important industry in Xinjiang. As a region at a leapfrog stage, the development prospects of the local construction industry in Xinjiang are very broad. The development of construction enterprises is also very rapid. By the end of the 11th Five-Year Plan in 2010, the number of qualified construction corporate enterprises in the whole region had reached 993, 112 more than the 2005 of the end of "15", an increase of 12.7 percent, ranking 25th in the whole country. Because of the management tradition of "emphasizing production and neglecting management" and the backward project management level which lacks the support of information technology, there are many problems in the development of construction industry in Xinjiang. The information construction of enterprises must be based on the present situation of the enterprises, the enterprise strategy is first, and the supporting information planning is behind. This paper is mainly described by the introduction, the general situation of the enterprises of Xinjiang Construction Engineering Group. This paper analyzes the present situation of information construction, including the analysis of SWOT strategy and the choice of information strategy, the information platform structure and the concept of information management, etc. Through the SWOT analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of Xinjiang Construction Engineering Group, Grasp the central content of the company's development direction, combine the information construction plan with the company's development strategy, and put forward the information construction plan and implementation plan of the enterprise according to the company's development strategy. And further elaborated the enterprise information construction management idea. This paper has carried on the quite profound research in the Xinjiang construction engineering group's company strategy analysis, the informationization present situation and the existence question, the informationization development plan plan research and so on. The SWOT analysis method is used to make the planning and implementation of information more strategic, which provides a certain theoretical reference for the construction of information construction.
