【摘要】:企業(yè)文化是企業(yè)在長(zhǎng)期的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中,經(jīng)過(guò)了企業(yè)管理者的倡導(dǎo),全體員工共同時(shí)間而形成的管理思想、管理作風(fēng)、價(jià)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、道德規(guī)范、規(guī)章制度、傳統(tǒng)習(xí)慣等的綜合反映,是一種以人為中心而建立起來(lái)的上下一致、共同遵守的價(jià)值體系。企業(yè)的精神文化是企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中形成的精神成果和文化觀念,處于企業(yè)文化體系中的核心位置,是最深層次的文化。 蘭州石化公司企業(yè)精神文化的構(gòu)建主要經(jīng)歷了“兩蘭”的創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展、“兩蘭”重組運(yùn)營(yíng)、“兩蘭”合并發(fā)展三個(gè)階段。蘭州石化公司按照“堅(jiān)持以人為本,堅(jiān)持科學(xué)發(fā)展,堅(jiān)持技術(shù)進(jìn)步,堅(jiān)持事實(shí)求是,堅(jiān)持強(qiáng)化三基,堅(jiān)持過(guò)程管控”的管理思想,在繼承發(fā)揚(yáng)“兩蘭”優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒吸收現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的優(yōu)秀成果,構(gòu)建了適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)需求、符合企業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、體現(xiàn)員工根本利益,具有蘭州石化管理特色的企業(yè)精神文化。 本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)精神文化理論研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用調(diào)查分析的方法,深入分析了蘭州石化公司企業(yè)精神文化的建設(shè)目標(biāo),并對(duì)蘭州石化公司企業(yè)精神文化的建設(shè)的途徑,總結(jié)出了三個(gè)方面:繼承和創(chuàng)新的建設(shè)先進(jìn)企業(yè)精神文化;企業(yè)精神文化建設(shè)結(jié)合思想政治工作促進(jìn)管理升級(jí);發(fā)揮精神文化建設(shè)在企業(yè)文化中的作用,同時(shí)對(duì)蘭州石化公司企業(yè)精神文化的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行了分析研究。
[Abstract]:The enterprise culture is the management thought, management style, value standard, moral standard, rules and regulations formed by the enterprise manager in the long-term production and management activities and the common time of all the employees. The comprehensive reflection of traditional habits and so on is a kind of value system that is built up and down with people as the center. The spiritual culture of the enterprise is the spiritual achievement and cultural concept formed in the process of production and operation of the enterprise. In the core of the corporate culture system, is the deepest level of culture. The construction of enterprise spirit culture of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company has mainly experienced the entrepreneurial development of "two orchids", the reorganization and operation of "two orchids", and the merger and development of "two orchids". Adhering to the management idea of technological progress, truth seeking, strengthening the three bases, adhering to the process management and control, on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the fine tradition of "two orchids", drawing lessons from and absorbing the outstanding achievements of modern enterprise management, The enterprise spirit culture which adapts to the demand of market economy, accords with the long-term development strategy of enterprises, embodies the fundamental interests of employees and has the characteristics of Lanzhou petrochemical management is constructed. On the basis of the theoretical research results of enterprise spirit culture at home and abroad, this paper, by means of investigation and analysis, deeply analyzes the construction objectives of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's enterprise spirit culture. Three aspects of the construction of the enterprise spirit culture of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company are summarized: inheriting and innovating the construction of the advanced enterprise spirit culture, combining the enterprise spirit culture construction with the ideological and political work to promote the management upgrade; This paper gives full play to the role of spiritual culture construction in enterprise culture, and analyzes the mechanism of enterprise spiritual culture in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.
