【摘要】：流動(dòng)資金是企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)周轉(zhuǎn)所使用的日常性資金,涉及范圍很廣,其觸角可以延伸至企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)的各個(gè)方面。我國(guó)很多企業(yè)一方面缺乏對(duì)流動(dòng)資金的深入認(rèn)識(shí),一方面由于自身能力的不足,在流動(dòng)資金管理方面存在很多問(wèn)題。 火力發(fā)電企業(yè)是發(fā)電企業(yè)最基本的實(shí)體之一,是發(fā)電企業(yè)中的主力軍。我國(guó)正大力推廣節(jié)能減排政策,作為資源依附性企業(yè)的火力發(fā)電企業(yè)面臨的約束也逐漸加大。面對(duì)日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì),火力發(fā)電企業(yè)如何在未來(lái)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境和日益增多的國(guó)家政策下不斷地獲取和加強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),持續(xù)地培育和提升綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,已成為政府和火力發(fā)電企業(yè)共同關(guān)心的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一。本文以火力發(fā)電企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,在界定流動(dòng)資金基本概念、核定方法、影響因素、管理政策及其對(duì)企業(yè)生存發(fā)展重要意義的基礎(chǔ)上,從結(jié)構(gòu)特征、變動(dòng)趨勢(shì)以及管理情況三個(gè)方面對(duì)影響流動(dòng)資金的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵性因素即流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)、長(zhǎng)期資產(chǎn)、長(zhǎng)期資本進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而挖掘出導(dǎo)致火力發(fā)電企業(yè)流動(dòng)資金不足的原因。在定性研究流動(dòng)資金需求的基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議,以期為改變?cè)撔袠I(yè)流動(dòng)資金管理現(xiàn)狀提供方向和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Liquidity is the daily use of funds by business turnover, involving a wide range of all aspects of its tentacles can be extended to the enterprise production and operation. The lack of understanding of the liquidity of China's many enterprises on the one hand, on the one hand, because of their lack of ability, there are many problems in the flow of funds management.
Thermal power generation enterprise enterprise is one of the most fundamental entities, is the main force of power generation enterprise. Our country is vigorously promoting energy-saving emission reduction policies, as the resource dependence of thermal power enterprises facing enterprise constraints is also gradually increasing. Faced with increasingly fierce competition, the thermal power enterprises how to obtain continuously in the future market environment and the national policy of increasing and strengthening competitive advantage, continue to cultivate and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness, has become one of the focus issues of common concern of government and the thermal power enterprises. In this paper, the thermal power enterprises as the research object, the definition of basic concepts of liquidity, approved method, influence factors, basic management and policy on the survival and development of enterprises on the significance, from the structural feature, the three key factors influencing the three aspects of the change tendency as well as the management of the flow of capital flow Analysis of long-term assets, long-term assets, capital, and then dig out the causes of insufficient liquidity of thermal power enterprises. It puts forward the corresponding suggestions on the basis of qualitative research on liquidity requirements, in order to change the status quo of liquidity management in the industry to provide direction and reference.
