F集團(tuán)教務(wù)教學(xué)管理平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目管理案例分析

【摘要】:隨著IT產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,項(xiàng)目管理的重要性在軟件研發(fā)行業(yè)越來(lái)越受到重視,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)愿意耗費(fèi)大量的人力、財(cái)力,與專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)合作來(lái)提高企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理人員的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能,同時(shí)在企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)的過(guò)程中,逐漸建立了一系列提高企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)、管理的信息化平臺(tái),用以幫助企業(yè)高層做決策時(shí)有力的信息支撐。 本論文首先對(duì)F集團(tuán)員工教育信息化平臺(tái)建設(shè)的背景及建設(shè)完成后的意義進(jìn)行陳述,并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目管理的知識(shí),對(duì)范圍管理、進(jìn)度管理、成本管理、溝通管理、人力資源管理幾個(gè)重要部分的影響因素進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)發(fā)生的一些案例進(jìn)行描述、分析、總結(jié),以及本項(xiàng)目上線后需要注意的事項(xiàng)提出建議和在實(shí)施中不足之處進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的分析和建議,論文的最后對(duì)本論文的分析過(guò)程和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)。項(xiàng)目管理中各個(gè)組成部分都是互相聯(lián)系、互相影響的,每一個(gè)階段都需要認(rèn)真的管控,對(duì)發(fā)生的問(wèn)題需要按照既定的流程進(jìn)行分析,評(píng)估其影響程度,并作出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,高效率的利用項(xiàng)目中可提供的各種資源。項(xiàng)目管理者要盡可能充分的識(shí)別項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中可能發(fā)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提前做好應(yīng)對(duì)措施,對(duì)于突發(fā)的事件也要能夠妥善的處理。項(xiàng)目管理者大部分的時(shí)間來(lái)協(xié)調(diào)和處理項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中發(fā)生的各種事項(xiàng)。任何項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施都是通過(guò)人來(lái)完成的,因此,做好團(tuán)隊(duì)管理對(duì)于項(xiàng)目管理者來(lái)說(shuō)也是一項(xiàng)挑戰(zhàn),如何提高團(tuán)隊(duì)的協(xié)作能力、營(yíng)造和諧的團(tuán)隊(duì)氣氛、提高團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的成就感是項(xiàng)目管理者需要考慮的。一個(gè)成功的軟件項(xiàng)目中各項(xiàng)工作的計(jì)劃排配一定要具備合理性、可實(shí)施性,并通過(guò)項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)在實(shí)施過(guò)程中進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的管理、控制,協(xié)調(diào),確保項(xiàng)目一直朝著既定的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行,從而得到高的客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of IT industry, the importance of project management has been paid more and more attention in the software research and development industry. More and more enterprises are willing to expend a lot of human and financial resources. Cooperation with professional training institutions to improve the professional skills of enterprise project managers, at the same time, in the process of enterprise operation, gradually set up a series of information platforms to improve the operation and management of enterprises. To help the senior level to make decisions with strong information support. This paper first describes the background of the construction of F Group employee education information platform and the significance of the construction, and according to the knowledge of project management, scope management, schedule management, cost management, communication management, The influence factors of several important parts of human resource management are summarized, and some cases are described, analyzed and summarized. As well as the items that need attention after the project goes online, put forward the suggestion and carry on the simple analysis and suggestion in the implementation. At the end of the paper, we summarize the analysis process and project implementation results of this paper. Each component of project management is interrelated and affects each other, and every stage needs careful control and control. Problems that arise need to be analysed in accordance with established processes, to assess the extent of their impact and to respond accordingly, Make efficient use of the various resources available in the project. Project managers should identify as fully as possible the risks that may occur during the implementation of the project, and make early response measures. For unexpected events, they should be able to handle them properly. Project managers spend most of their time coordinating and dealing with the various events that occur during the implementation of the project. The implementation of any project is done by people, so, Team management is also a challenge for project managers. How to improve team cooperation ability and create a harmonious team atmosphere, Improving team members' sense of achievement is something that project managers need to consider. A successful software project must have a reasonable and implementable schedule of work. And through the project management knowledge in the implementation process carries on the strict management, the control, the coordination, ensures the project to carry on the goal all the time, thus obtains the high customer satisfaction.
