【摘要】：正回顧我國(guó)石油進(jìn)口的演變歷程,自1993年中國(guó)成為石油凈進(jìn)口國(guó)起,中國(guó)石油對(duì)外依存度逐年上升,中國(guó)的石油供應(yīng)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)逐步增大。1993年,我國(guó)石油進(jìn)口依存度僅6.7%,這一指標(biāo)以每年一倍的速度增長(zhǎng),在2004年上升至48%,其中原油依存度從1.2%上升到41%。石油對(duì)外依存度衡量一國(guó)石油凈進(jìn)口占該國(guó)石油消費(fèi)總量的比例,依據(jù)國(guó)際能源安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)外依存度大于50%屬于危險(xiǎn),而
[Abstract]:Since China became a net importer of oil in 1993, the degree of dependence on foreign oil in China has increased year by year, and the security risk of China's oil supply has gradually increased. In 1993, China's dependence on oil imports is only 6. 7%. This index increased at a rate of twice every year and rose to 48% in 2004, of which the dependence on crude oil rose from 1.2% to 41%. The degree of dependence on foreign oil measures the proportion of a country's net oil imports to the total oil consumption of the country. According to the international energy security standards, the degree of external dependence greater than 50% is dangerous.
