【摘要】：促進(jìn)我國(guó)礦業(yè)城市可持續(xù)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,對(duì)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)建設(shè)具有重要的意義。本文在總結(jié)已有礦業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、資源、環(huán)境為核心,構(gòu)建了反映城市經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、資源潛力、資源開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀、資源綜合利用與生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)、社會(huì)保障與礦區(qū)和諧為要素的礦業(yè)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力綜合評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,為科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)我國(guó)礦業(yè)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力提供了理論基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)礦業(yè)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展中遇到的資源與環(huán)境瓶頸問題,尤其是城市擴(kuò)張引發(fā)的資源壓覆問題,提出相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:To promote the sustainable and coordinated development of mining cities in China is of great significance to the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society. The environment is the core, which reflects the urban economic structure, the potential of resources, the current situation of resource development, the comprehensive utilization of resources and the protection of ecological environment. The comprehensive evaluation index system of the sustainable development ability of mining cities based on social security and mining area harmony provides a theoretical basis for the scientific evaluation of the sustainable development ability of mining cities in China. At the same time, in view of the bottleneck of resources and environment encountered in the sustainable development of mining cities in China, especially the problem of resource overburden caused by urban expansion, the relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
