【摘要】：吉林石化公司作為國有大型企業(yè),在吉林省乃至全國的經(jīng)濟(jì)中都起著舉足輕重的作用。對于吉化的發(fā)展來說,加強財務(wù)的管理具有重要意義,在這個過程中我們就要做好相關(guān)的財務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,在科學(xué)統(tǒng)計和分析的基礎(chǔ)之上為企業(yè)的管理提供保障。本文就從這一問題出發(fā),其中結(jié)合了吉化本身的財務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理過程中的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了分析和探討,重點對財務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合分析方法進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。 關(guān)于企業(yè)如何做好財務(wù)管理工作,結(jié)合本人在吉林石化公司財務(wù)分析崗位多年工作經(jīng)驗以及于2012年在休斯敦大學(xué)深造所獲知識,本人認(rèn)為,首先一點就要重視做好財務(wù)分析的工作。實際工作中,我們都是將財務(wù)報表的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)以及其他資料作為財務(wù)分析工作的主要依據(jù),通過計算評價指標(biāo)與判斷,我們評估企業(yè)的經(jīng)營情況、資本結(jié)構(gòu)等等,從而總結(jié)出企業(yè)在財務(wù)管理工作上的優(yōu)勢和不足,并且對在公司運營是出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行評價與總結(jié),最終目的是幫助整個企業(yè)不斷的完善改進(jìn)財務(wù)管理各項工作,與此同時對相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟(jì)決策進(jìn)行優(yōu)化處理,并且在保證重要的財務(wù)信息提供的基礎(chǔ)上,促進(jìn)企業(yè)整體財務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)運營的改革和發(fā)展。所以我們看出,財務(wù)分析工作對整個企業(yè)的財務(wù)管理乃至整個企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理都有著舉足輕重的作用,那么在吉林石化公司具體的經(jīng)營管理中采取哪種財務(wù)分析方法,如何加強優(yōu)化財務(wù)分析制度等就顯得特別重要。
[Abstract]:Jilin Petrochemical Co is a large state-owned enterprises, plays an important role in Jilin province and the country's economy. For its development, it is of great significance to strengthen financial management, in this process we have to do a good job of financial analysis and economic, to provide protection for the enterprise management on the basis of scientific statistics and analysis. This paper starts from the problem, which combines the related problems of financial management in the process of Jilin itself are analyzed and discussed, the key to optimize the financial comprehensive economic analysis method.
How to make the financial management of the enterprise, combined with the Jilin Petrochemical Co financial analysis job for many years of work experience and study at University of Houston on 2012 by knowledge, I think, the first point to the importance of good financial analysis work. In practical work, we are all the relevant data of the financial statements and other information as the main basis of financial analysis the work, by calculating the evaluation index and judgment, we evaluate the situation of enterprises, capital structure and so on, which summed up the advantages of enterprises in the financial management work and not on foot, and in the company's operational problems were evaluated and summarized, the final purpose is to help the enterprises to continuously improve the financial management of the work at the same time, the related economic decision optimization process, and based on that important financial information provided by the To promote the reform and development of enterprises, the overall financial and economic operation. So we can see that the financial analysis of the operation and management of financial management of the entire enterprise and the whole enterprise plays an important role in the management of the Jilin Petrochemical Co, then the what kind of financial analysis method, it is especially important to strengthen the optimization of financial analysis system.
