【摘要】：非生產(chǎn)性物料采購,通常是指企業(yè)中的非直接性生產(chǎn)物資的采購。由于非生產(chǎn)物資采購種類以及供應商數(shù)量繁多,工作內容相當瑣碎,系統(tǒng)化程度較低,管理與控制較難,從而無形中提高了公司的采購成本。本為針對作者所就職的SA公司在非生產(chǎn)性物料采購管理實踐中存在的三個問題,即備品備件采購緊急訂單過多,行政性采購流程效率過低,外包供應商評估選擇標準不合理。 結合非生產(chǎn)性物料采購管理理論,作者對這些實際問題產(chǎn)生的原因做了深入的分析,并通過企業(yè)資源管理平臺軟件以及多種采購管理工具的應用,提出了對應的解決方案以及保證方案有效實施的保證措施。 本論文將結合公司實際案例分析以及理論技巧的闡述,通過具體的問題提出以及如何解決問題的過程,進而總結出一套在非生產(chǎn)物資采購過程中行之有效地管理方法,力爭做到對公司非生產(chǎn)物資采購工作的效率提高及成本降低具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The purchase of non-productive materials usually refers to the purchase of non-direct production materials in enterprises. Because of the variety of non-production materials and the number of suppliers, the work content is rather trivial, the degree of systematization is low, and it is difficult to manage and control. This is aimed at the three problems existing in the practice of non-productive material procurement management in SA Company, which works for the author, that is, too many emergency orders for spare parts procurement, too low efficiency of administrative purchasing process. Outsourcing supplier evaluation and selection criteria are unreasonable. Combined with the theory of non-productive material purchasing management, the author makes a deep analysis of the causes of these practical problems, and through the application of enterprise resource management platform software and various purchasing management tools, The corresponding solutions and the guarantee measures to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme are put forward. This paper will combine the company actual case analysis and the theory skill elaboration, through the concrete question raises and how to solve the problem process, then summarizes a set of effective management method in the non-production material purchase process, It can be used for reference to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of non-production materials.
