【摘要】：作為項目前期工作最主要內(nèi)容的可行性研究，在項目的可行性確定和項目最佳實施方案的選擇中有重要的作用，它給項目開工建設(shè)提供了科學(xué)的參考依據(jù)。項目可行性研究的進行能夠加強項目決策的科學(xué)性，避免一個項目的不必要投資，同時還能夠提高項目的投資收益水平。 本文主要目的在于利用項目管理理論，采用技術(shù)經(jīng)濟評價方法和綜合評價方法對安白景觀帶光伏發(fā)電項目的可行性問題進行研究。在分析并總結(jié)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了項目和項目可行性研究的相關(guān)理論，結(jié)合安白景觀帶光伏發(fā)電項目的工程地質(zhì)、太陽能資源、電氣一次設(shè)備、電氣二次設(shè)備、土建工程、消防和節(jié)能環(huán)保等具體情況，首先對該項目進行了經(jīng)濟效益分析和社會效益評價，分析評價結(jié)果表明從該項目的盈利能力、清償能力、抗風(fēng)險能力等不同方面來看，各項經(jīng)濟指標(biāo)都能夠滿足該行業(yè)的平均標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，從而認為該項目具有經(jīng)濟上的可行性，，并且該項目具有很好的社會效益。鑒于單純的財務(wù)評價和社會效益評價的局限性，本文進一步對安白景觀帶光伏發(fā)電項目進行了綜合評價，根據(jù)模糊綜合評價相關(guān)理論，本文建立了安白景觀帶光伏發(fā)電項目的模糊層次綜合評價模型，計算得到模糊綜合評價結(jié)果，表明該項目在技術(shù)經(jīng)濟上是可行的。本文為安白景觀帶光伏發(fā)電項目的實施提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The feasibility study, which is the main content of the preliminary work of the project, plays an important role in the determination of the feasibility of the project and the selection of the best implementation plan of the project. It provides a scientific reference for the construction of the project. The feasibility study of the project can strengthen the scientific nature of the project decision-making, avoid unnecessary investment of a project, and also improve the level of investment income of the project. The main purpose of this paper is to study the feasibility of photovoltaic power generation project in Anbai landscape belt by using the theory of project management and the methods of technical and economic evaluation and comprehensive evaluation, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the present research situation at home and abroad. This paper introduces the relevant theories of project and feasibility study, combined with the engineering geology, solar energy resources, electrical primary equipment, electrical secondary equipment, civil engineering, fire protection, energy saving and environmental protection of the photovoltaic power generation project in Anbai landscape belt. First of all, the economic benefits and social benefits of the project are analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the project's profitability, solvency, risk resistance and so on are different. Each economic indicator can meet the average standard of the industry, thus the project is considered to be economically feasible, and the project has good social benefits. In view of the limitations of simple financial and social evaluation, In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation of photovoltaic power generation project with Anbai landscape belt is carried out. According to the relevant theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of photovoltaic power generation project with Anbai landscape belt is established in this paper. The results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show that the project is technically and economically feasible. This paper provides a scientific basis for the implementation of photovoltaic power generation project in Anbai landscape belt.
