【摘要】:隨著電力體制改革對(duì)于多種經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)的處置工作接近尾聲,保定電力多經(jīng)企業(yè)J公司在形式上已經(jīng)成為一家大型的集體企業(yè)。國家政策一再推動(dòng)多經(jīng)企業(yè)與電力主業(yè)的分離,試圖打破兩者之間的利益紐帶,從制度上杜絕“尋租”情況的發(fā)生。電監(jiān)會(huì)的監(jiān)管力度不斷加大,公開招投標(biāo)制度的推行,給J公司帶來了前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。在失去原有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的情況下,如何維持企業(yè)健康發(fā)展,開辟新的效益增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,是J公司當(dāng)前首要考慮的問題。 本文根據(jù)J公司當(dāng)前所面臨的形勢(shì),對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境加以分析。通過SWOT等工具針對(duì)企業(yè)外部和內(nèi)部的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略匹配。提出一套有針對(duì)性的戰(zhàn)略方案。以資源整合為基礎(chǔ),優(yōu)先實(shí)施一體化戰(zhàn)略,,輔助多元化戰(zhàn)略,分階段分步驟的推進(jìn)。 最后對(duì)公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施提出一些具體的措施和建議。
[Abstract]:With the end of the power system reform on the disposal of diversified enterprises, Company J of Baoding Electric Power Duojing Company has become a large collective enterprise in form. State policy has repeatedly promoted the separation of multi-economic enterprises from the main business of electricity. Trying to break the interest link between the two, and put an end to the "rent-seeking" situation from the system. It has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to J Company. How to maintain the healthy development of enterprises, open up new profit growth points and improve core competitiveness is the most important issue for J Company to consider at present under the circumstances of losing its original competitive advantage. According to the current situation of J Company, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise. Through tools such as SWOT, it aims at the external and internal opportunities and threats of the enterprise. A set of targeted strategic plan is put forward, which is based on the integration of resources, giving priority to the implementation of the integration strategy, assisting the diversification strategy, and advancing in stages and steps. Finally, put forward some concrete measures and suggestions on the implementation of company strategy.
