【摘要】：隨著我國對醫(yī)療費用的控制力度不斷增大,藥品福利管理(PBM)模式已在我國初步試點,未來將在我國醫(yī)保支付改革新機制中發(fā)揮重要作用。本文通過分析美國PBM公司藥品福利管理模式,并結合我國醫(yī)藥集團等企業(yè)在借鑒美國PBM模式的實踐中所存在的問題,提出了必須從提升信息化水平和轉變經營理念著手,構建中國式的PBM商業(yè)模式。
[Abstract]:With the increasing control of medical expenses in our country, the PBM model of drug welfare management has been preliminarily experimented in our country. In the future, it will play an important role in the new mechanism of medical insurance payment reform in our country. This paper analyzes the drug welfare management mode of PBM Company in the United States, and combines with the problems existing in the practice of drawing lessons from the PBM model of the United States, such as the pharmaceutical group of our country. This paper puts forward that we must set up the Chinese PBM business model by improving the level of information and changing the management idea.
