【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式和管理方式發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。在這日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之下,企業(yè)信息化逐漸成為企業(yè)的生存之本,而適時(shí)出現(xiàn)的企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃ERP理論及其應(yīng)用,則為企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)這一挑戰(zhàn)提供了強(qiáng)有力的支持,對(duì)于供電企業(yè)而言,ERP系統(tǒng)的引入,可以?xún)?yōu)化企業(yè)管理模式,提高企業(yè)管理水平,提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文在企業(yè)信息化理論、ERP理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合益陽(yáng)電業(yè)局的財(cái)務(wù)、設(shè)備、項(xiàng)目、物資、人力資源等核心業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀情況及存在的問(wèn)題,引出益陽(yáng)電業(yè)局應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)的必要性,從而制定出益陽(yáng)電業(yè)局ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用方案,方案主要包括思路與原則、目標(biāo)及任務(wù)、需求和作用、各應(yīng)用階段安排、以及組織機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置等,其中著重探討ERP系統(tǒng)的宣貫、構(gòu)建、測(cè)試、培訓(xùn)、運(yùn)行、切換以及支持等七個(gè)重要應(yīng)用階段安排。方案制定后,以調(diào)查問(wèn)卷表的形式對(duì)應(yīng)用方案進(jìn)行論證分析,在提出進(jìn)度計(jì)劃安排的基礎(chǔ)上,為保證ERP系統(tǒng)的成功應(yīng)用,分別從制度、組織、人員、溝通、考核、會(huì)議、培訓(xùn)等七個(gè)方面對(duì)應(yīng)用方案實(shí)施保障。 最后通過(guò)應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng),展現(xiàn)ERP系統(tǒng)將給益陽(yáng)電業(yè)局在人財(cái)、物等各方面帶來(lái)的管理方式的變革,使企業(yè)管理從分散化向集約化、從粗放型向精益化、從個(gè)性化向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)管理水平的有效提升。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the business model and management mode of enterprises have changed dramatically. Under this increasingly fierce competition, enterprise informatization has gradually become the basis for the survival of enterprises. The theory and application of enterprise resource planning (ERP), which appears in time, provides strong support for enterprises to deal with this challenge. For power supply enterprises, the introduction of ERP system can optimize the enterprise management model and improve the level of enterprise management. Enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. On the basis of enterprise information theory and ERP theory, this paper combines the current situation and existing problems of the core business of Yiyang Electric Power Bureau, such as finance, equipment, project, material, human resources, etc. The necessity of applying ERP system in Yiyang Electric Power Bureau is introduced, and the application scheme of ERP system in Yiyang Electric Power Bureau is worked out. The scheme includes train of thought and principle, goal and task, requirement and function, arrangement of each application stage, organization setting, etc. This paper mainly discusses seven important application stages of ERP system, such as promotion, construction, testing, training, running, switching and support. After the scheme is formulated, the application scheme is demonstrated and analyzed in the form of questionnaire. In order to ensure the successful application of ERP system, the application scheme is guaranteed from seven aspects, such as system, organization, personnel, communication, examination, meeting, training and so on. Finally, through the application of ERP system, show that the ERP system will bring to Yiyang Electric Power Bureau in the human, material and other aspects of the management changes, so that the enterprise management from decentralization to intensive, from extensive to lean, Change from individuation to standardization, and realize the effective promotion of enterprise management level.
