【摘要】：繭絲綢行業(yè)是我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，一頭連著農(nóng)民、農(nóng)村和農(nóng)業(yè)，一頭連著國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)和國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，涉及2000萬蠶農(nóng)增收和近百萬產(chǎn)業(yè)工人生產(chǎn)生活。長(zhǎng)期以來，我國(guó)繭絲綢行業(yè)為增加農(nóng)民收入、吸納勞動(dòng)就業(yè)、保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境、擴(kuò)大出口創(chuàng)匯、增加財(cái)政收入等方面做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。廣西區(qū)擁有較好自然條件和地理位置，當(dāng)?shù)匦Q桑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較快，桑園面積、蠶繭產(chǎn)量和生絲產(chǎn)量已連續(xù)多年居全國(guó)第一位，在行業(yè)內(nèi)曾流傳，世界絲綢看中國(guó)，中國(guó)絲綢看廣西。廣西繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)能否長(zhǎng)期、穩(wěn)定、健康發(fā)展，關(guān)系到我國(guó)乃至國(guó)際市場(chǎng)蠶繭、生絲供應(yīng)，以及繭絲價(jià)格走勢(shì)，間接影響繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)后端絲綢制成品價(jià)格。因此，廣西繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)全行業(yè)影響較大，具有舉足輕重的重要作用，有必要對(duì)其產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行研究。 本論文以傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易理論、比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論和資源基礎(chǔ)理論為基礎(chǔ)，以影響和決定繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素為主線，采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法、德爾菲法、模糊分析法、因子分析法、層次分析法等方法，運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS，采取定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合、宏觀與微觀相結(jié)合、橫向與縱向比較相結(jié)合等研究方法，構(gòu)建了繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型，對(duì)廣西、廣東、云南、四川、江蘇、浙江繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析與排名。最后，結(jié)合廣西區(qū)繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展實(shí)際，提出適合當(dāng)?shù)禺a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策措施。 本論文的主要研究結(jié)論如下：（1）建立了繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和分析模型，即從繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、工業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力三個(gè)方面設(shè)立，選取種桑、養(yǎng)蠶、繅絲、織綢、品牌和營(yíng)銷等環(huán)節(jié)，構(gòu)建一個(gè)由30個(gè)指標(biāo)變量組成的繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力競(jìng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；（2）形成競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)有效因子，，從30個(gè)指標(biāo)變量中擬合成8個(gè)有效評(píng)價(jià)因子，即蠶桑規(guī)模因子、蠶桑技術(shù)因子、蠶桑效益因子、蠶繭質(zhì)量因子，繅絲生產(chǎn)規(guī)模因子、裝備現(xiàn)代化因子，絲綢出口實(shí)力因子、絲綢內(nèi)銷實(shí)力因子；（3）計(jì)算有效因子貢獻(xiàn)率，產(chǎn)業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力中蠶桑規(guī)模因子為32.165%、蠶桑技術(shù)因子為31.073%、蠶桑效益因子為24.987%、蠶繭質(zhì)量因子為11.775%，繅絲生產(chǎn)規(guī)模因子為51.553%、裝備現(xiàn)代化因子為48.448%，絲綢出口實(shí)力因子為56.909%、絲綢內(nèi)銷實(shí)力因子為43.091%；（4）依據(jù)繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系計(jì)算各地排名，廣西繭絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力在樣本地區(qū)綜合排名為第三位，其中農(nóng)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為第一位，工業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為第四位，貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為第五位；（5）根據(jù)得分結(jié)果提出適合當(dāng)?shù)禺a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策措施。
[Abstract]:The cocoon and silk industry is a traditional industry in China. It is connected with farmers, rural areas and agriculture, as well as domestic consumption and the international market. It involves 20 million silkworm farmers and the production and living of nearly one million industrial workers. For a long time, China's cocoon and silk industry has made important contributions to increasing farmers' income, absorbing labor and employment, protecting the ecological environment, expanding export to earn foreign exchange, and increasing financial income. The local sericulture industry is developing rapidly. The mulberry garden area, cocoon yield and raw silk output have been ranked first in the country for many years. They have been circulating in the industry. The world silk industry looks at China and the Chinese silk industry looks at Guangxi. Can Guangxi cocoon silk industry be long-term and stable? The healthy development is related to the cocoon, raw silk supply and the price trend of cocoon silk in our country and the international market, and indirectly affects the price of the finished silk at the back end of the cocoon silk industry. Therefore, the development of Guangxi cocoon silk industry has a great influence on the whole industry. It is necessary to study its industrial competitiveness because it plays an important role. Based on the traditional trade theory, comparative advantage theory, industrial organization theory, competitive advantage theory and resource-based theory, and the factors influencing and determining the competitiveness of cocoon and silk industry, this paper adopts the literature research method. The empirical summary method, Delphi method, fuzzy analysis method, factor analysis method, analytic hierarchy process and so on, using the modern statistical software SPSS, adopt the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, macro and micro analysis, etc. Combining horizontal and vertical comparison and other research methods, this paper constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of cocoon silk industry competitiveness, carries on the scientific analysis and the rank to Guangxi, Guangdong, Yunnan, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang cocoon silk industry. Combined with the present situation and development practice of cocoon and silk industry in Guangxi, the countermeasures and measures suitable for the development of local industry are put forward. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the evaluation index system and analysis model of cocoon silk industry competitiveness are established, that is, from three aspects of cocoon silk industry agricultural competitiveness, industrial competitiveness and trade competitiveness, select seed mulberry, silkworm, silkworm, silkworm, silkworm, silkworm, and silkworm. In silk reeling, weaving silk, brand and marketing, a competitive competitive index system of cocoon and silk industry is constructed, which consists of 30 index variables. The effective factor of competitiveness evaluation is formed, and 8 effective evaluation factors are to be synthesized from 30 index variables. Namely, sericulture scale factor, sericulture technical factor, sericulture benefit factor, silkworm cocoon quality factor, silk reeling scale factor, equipment modernization factor, silk export strength factor, silk domestic marketing strength factor, etc. The scale factor of sericulture, the technical factor of sericulture, the benefit factor of sericulture, the quality factor of silkworm cocoon, the scale factor of silk reeling, the modernization factor of equipment, the export strength factor of silk and silk are 32.165, 31.073, 24.9877, 11.775, 51.553and 48.448, 56.909, 56.909, respectively. The domestic strength factor of silk is 43.091 / 4) according to the evaluation index system of cocoon and silk industry competitiveness, the ranking of various places is calculated. Guangxi's cocoon and silk industry competitiveness ranks third in the sample area, among which agricultural competitiveness is the first and industrial competitiveness is 4th. According to the result of score, the paper puts forward the countermeasures suitable for the development of local industry.
