完善現(xiàn)河采油廠原油生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控體系研究

【摘要】:近年來,基于國內(nèi)外油田數(shù)字化建設大背景,勝利油田現(xiàn)河采油廠在學習借鑒兄弟單位好的經(jīng)驗做法的同時,積極探索適合本單位發(fā)展的原油生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控模式,依靠信息化、科學化技術手段,提升管理水平,,降低職工勞動強度。 現(xiàn)河采油廠逐步建立應用了分隊計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、集輸管線泄漏監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、車輛GPS監(jiān)控和巡線工手持GPS機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),同時配套建立廠、礦、隊三級監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡,分層級管理制度,多部門配套聯(lián)動機制,初步實現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化監(jiān)控預警聯(lián)動管理,及時準確掌握生產(chǎn)動態(tài),為推進精細管理提供有效抓手,為實施量化考核提供可靠依據(jù),促進了生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營任務的完成和管理水平的提升。 本文簡要介紹了原油生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控體系中各監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的原理、應用情況及運行效果,并通過大量調(diào)研、查閱資料,找出了分隊計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)存在的問題,針對問題進行深入剖析,制定合理的解決辦法;建立功圖計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),將監(jiān)控體系進一步向計量站和單井延伸,實現(xiàn)問題落實到每口單井、到每條管線,同時配套完成相應的運行模式和預警聯(lián)動機制,并在系統(tǒng)的試驗運行中逐步探索緊密結(jié)合采油廠生產(chǎn)實際的深化措施。通過對分隊計量系統(tǒng)的完善、建立應用功圖計量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),加上原有的管線泄露監(jiān)控、GPS監(jiān)控、視頻監(jiān)控等監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),進一步形成了覆蓋采油廠油區(qū)的“物防”體系;通過對各項監(jiān)控設備技術的認識和開發(fā)、結(jié)合原油生產(chǎn)技術的認識和開發(fā)以及健全的運行模式和管理機制,進一步形成了采油廠油區(qū)的“技防”體系;通過建設采油廠內(nèi)部的6支巡邏護衛(wèi)隊伍、5個濱南分局轄區(qū)派出所、3個油區(qū)警務區(qū)、5支油地聯(lián)防隊伍,共計19支油區(qū)護衛(wèi)隊伍,進一步形成了覆蓋采油廠油區(qū)的“人防”體系。綜合上述技防、物防、人防等手段,共同構筑了“天地人”無縫隙立體監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡體系,為保衛(wèi)采油廠生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營成果提供了堅實保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, based on the background of digitization construction of oil fields at home and abroad, Xianhe Oil production Plant of Shengli Oilfield, while learning from the good experiences and practices of its brothers, has actively explored the monitoring mode of crude oil production suitable for its development, relying on information technology. Scientific technology means to improve the level of management and reduce the labor intensity of workers. Now he Oil production Plant has gradually established and applied the unit metering and monitoring system, the gathering pipeline leakage monitoring system, the vehicle GPS monitoring and inspection workers' hand-held GPS monitoring system, and the video monitoring system. At the same time, it has also set up a three-level monitoring network for factories, mines and teams. Hierarchical management system and multi-department supporting linkage mechanism have preliminarily realized digital monitoring and warning linkage management, timely and accurate grasp of production dynamics, effective grasp for promoting fine management, and reliable basis for the implementation of quantitative assessment. Promote the completion of production and management tasks and management level. This paper briefly introduces the principle, application and operation effect of each monitoring system in crude oil production monitoring system, and through a lot of investigation and consulting data, finds out the problems existing in the unit metering and monitoring system, and analyzes the problems in depth. To establish a reasonable solution; to establish a power chart metering and monitoring system, to further extend the monitoring system to the metering station and the single well, and to implement the problem to each single well, to every pipeline, At the same time, it accomplishes the corresponding operation mode and early warning linkage mechanism, and gradually explores the deepening measures closely combined with the actual production of oil production plant in the test operation of the system. By perfecting the unit metering system, The application of power chart metering monitoring system, together with the original monitoring system of pipeline leakage monitoring and GPS monitoring, video monitoring and other monitoring systems, has further formed a "material defense" system covering oil production plants, and through the understanding and development of various monitoring equipment technologies, In combination with the understanding and development of crude oil production technology and the sound operation mode and management mechanism, the "technical prevention" system of oil production plant is further formed. Through the construction of 6 patrol and escort teams within the oil production plant, 5 police stations in Binnan Branch area, 5 oil and land joint defence teams in 3 police areas in oil areas, a total of 19 oil area guard teams were built. A "civil air defense" system covering the oil production plant area was further formed. By combining the above measures, such as technical prevention, material defense and civil air defense, the seamless three-dimensional monitoring network system of "Heaven and Earth Man" was constructed. For the protection of production and management of oil production plant to provide a solid guarantee.
