【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的深入,對(duì)企業(yè)節(jié)能減排的要求更加嚴(yán)格,要求企業(yè)通過(guò)強(qiáng)化節(jié)能減排的自我約束機(jī)制,來(lái)降低產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和運(yùn)輸過(guò)程相關(guān)的資源浪費(fèi)和環(huán)境污染。綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理能使整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的資源消耗和環(huán)境負(fù)作用最小,并能滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的綠色消費(fèi)需求,從而提高供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)施綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理是企業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。 作為國(guó)民命脈之一的電力行業(yè)更要肩負(fù)起對(duì)社會(huì)的責(zé)任,優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有的供應(yīng)鏈管理體系,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)在采購(gòu)、運(yùn)營(yíng)、配送、整合等過(guò)程中提高效率、節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境的目的。這同時(shí)也是對(duì)推動(dòng)其發(fā)展提出的要求,隨著電力體制改革,電力的壟斷格局被打破,信息科技的不斷發(fā)展,全球化的趨勢(shì)亦越來(lái)越明晰,電力行業(yè)在未來(lái)必定會(huì)面臨激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)局面。供應(yīng)鏈管理的好壞直接影響著供電公司的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,電力公司必須創(chuàng)新供應(yīng)鏈管理方式、優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)鏈管理,才能在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)中立于不敗之地。供電公司供應(yīng)鏈管理屬于工程管理,跟一般的供應(yīng)鏈管理有所不同,因此需要針對(duì)其行業(yè)特色,專門設(shè)計(jì)適合它自身實(shí)際情況的供應(yīng)鏈管理體系。 論文首先介紹了供應(yīng)鏈的理論基礎(chǔ),包括供應(yīng)鏈管理的內(nèi)容、發(fā)展歷程和及戰(zhàn)略意義,之后介紹了我國(guó)電力公司的相關(guān)情況,對(duì)供電公司發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,然后從供應(yīng)鏈的各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了研究,運(yùn)用綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理思想和方法,結(jié)合精益管理和ERP的運(yùn)用對(duì)電力公司的供應(yīng)鏈管理進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)我國(guó)供電公司的供應(yīng)鏈管理提供一些建議,為未來(lái)供電公司供應(yīng)鏈的研究和發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of economic restructuring in China, the requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises become more stringent, requiring enterprises to strengthen the self-restraint mechanism of energy saving and emission reduction. To reduce the waste of resources and environmental pollution associated with the production and transportation of products. Green supply chain management can minimize resource consumption and environmental negative effects throughout the supply chain and meet the growing demand for green consumption. In order to improve the competitiveness of the supply chain, the implementation of green supply chain management is the inevitable trend of enterprise development. As one of the lifeblood of the nation, the electric power industry should shoulder the responsibility to the society and optimize the existing supply chain management system to improve efficiency and save resources in the process of procurement, operation, distribution, integration and so on. The purpose of protecting the environment. At the same time, it is also a demand for promoting its development. With the reform of the power system, the monopoly pattern of electricity has been broken, the information technology is constantly developing, and the trend of globalization is becoming more and more clear. The electric power industry is bound to face a fierce competition in the future. The quality of supply chain management directly affects the economic interests of power supply companies. Power companies must innovate supply chain management to optimize the existing supply chain management. Supply chain management of power supply companies belongs to engineering management, which is different from general supply chain management, so it needs to be tailored to its industry characteristics. Specially designed to suit its own actual situation of supply chain management system. This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of supply chain, including the content, development and strategic significance of supply chain management, and then introduces the relevant situation of China's power companies. The advantages and disadvantages of power supply chain development are analyzed by SWOT, and then the green supply chain management ideas and methods are studied from various aspects of the supply chain. Based on the application of Lean Management and ERP, this paper analyzes the supply chain management of electric power companies, and provides some suggestions for the supply chain management of power supply companies in our country, and provides a reference for the future research and development of supply chain of power supply companies.
