【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,電力需求高速增長(zhǎng),由此推進(jìn)了變電站建設(shè)的大規(guī)模興起。為了電力工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的健康、持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,其投資經(jīng)濟(jì)性必須要得到科學(xué)的規(guī)劃和控制。變電工程造價(jià)研究是實(shí)現(xiàn)電力工程投資效益的關(guān)鍵,也是關(guān)系電力相關(guān)行業(yè)未來發(fā)展路徑的首要問題。 本文利用“事理”-“人理”-“物理”(WSR)系統(tǒng)方法論對(duì)變電工程造價(jià)的影響因素開展系統(tǒng)性識(shí)別,構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的“人理”、“事理”、以及“物理”體系,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行深度解析。首先介紹我國(guó)變電工程造價(jià)目前的研究背景,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外變電工程造價(jià)管理研究現(xiàn)狀。其次詳細(xì)梳理WSR系統(tǒng)論的內(nèi)容、原則、特點(diǎn)、以及流程步驟,并分析利用WSR系統(tǒng)論研究變電工程造價(jià)的適用性。然后,運(yùn)用“WSR”理論將龐雜的變電工程造價(jià)影響因素構(gòu)建為“物理”、“事理”、“人理”體系。最后針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)某地區(qū)的“十一五”變電站造價(jià)歷史數(shù)據(jù),利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法對(duì)所構(gòu)建的“物理”體系進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理和偏相關(guān)分析,同時(shí)運(yùn)用支持向量機(jī)方法構(gòu)建了變電站估算模型,并驗(yàn)證其預(yù)測(cè)優(yōu)越性。運(yùn)用模糊偏好方法對(duì)“事理”體系進(jìn)行了指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)。運(yùn)用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型對(duì)“人理”體系進(jìn)行指標(biāo)的階層劃分,得到深層指標(biāo)、淺層指標(biāo)和表層指標(biāo),并對(duì)所呈現(xiàn)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行合理解釋。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's national economy and the rapid growth of power demand, the large-scale rise of substation construction has been promoted. For the healthy, sustained and stable development of electric power engineering construction projects, The research on the cost of substation project is the key to realize the benefit of power engineering investment, and it is also the most important issue related to the future development path of the electric power industry. In this paper, the systematic identification of the factors affecting the cost of substation engineering is carried out by using the methodology of "principle"-"human principle"-"physics") system, and the corresponding "human principle", "principle" and "physics" system are constructed. First of all, it introduces the research background of the cost of substation engineering in China and the current research situation of cost management in China and abroad. Secondly, the contents, principles, characteristics and process steps of WSR system theory are analyzed in detail. The applicability of using WSR system theory to study the cost of substation project is analyzed. Based on the theory of "WSR", the influential factors of the cost of substation engineering are constructed as "physics", "principle" and "human science" system. Finally, according to the historical data of substation cost in a certain area in China, The data preprocessing and partial correlation analysis of the constructed "physical" system are carried out by using the data mining method. At the same time, the substation estimation model is constructed by using the support vector machine (SVM) method. The prediction superiority is verified. The index evaluation of "principle" system is carried out by using fuzzy preference method. The stratification of "human science" system is carried out by using the explanatory structure model, and the deep index, shallow index and surface index are obtained. The results presented are explained reasonably.
