廈鎢公司核心競爭力及提升策略研究

【摘要】:2011年8月以來,全球金融資本市場劇烈動蕩,,對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了多方面的影響,其中,出口持續(xù)降低,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)產(chǎn)品積壓,經(jīng)營困難,贏利空間被極大壓縮;特別是民營企業(yè),甚至出現(xiàn)倒閉或停產(chǎn)。究其主要原因就是因?yàn)檫@些企業(yè)沒有擁有可以和競爭對手相抗衡的核心競爭力,失去了這一重要保障,企業(yè)又怎能順利度過經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的寒冬呢? 2012年四季度鎢、鉬等金屬均跌至低谷后,持續(xù)在低水平徘徊,稀土價(jià)格更是長期在低位徘徊。而鎢產(chǎn)品一方面由于日本、歐美地區(qū)和國內(nèi)硬質(zhì)合金深加工產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量大幅度下降,APT需求急劇減少,另一方面國內(nèi)鎢冶煉廠產(chǎn)能過剩,使APT供需嚴(yán)重失衡,供大于求的局面短期內(nèi)是難以改變的。世界經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷,國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)要發(fā)展,面臨的最大問題就是要擴(kuò)大內(nèi)部消費(fèi)。有些外國的硬質(zhì)合金生產(chǎn)企業(yè)看中中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢,紛紛在中國布局。因此,在中國,鎢產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭就逐步過渡到整體產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈實(shí)力的較量,競爭會越來越激烈。廈鎢公司作為鎢行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè),同樣面臨這些的問題。要想可持續(xù)發(fā)展,就需要不斷地技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,不斷地提升自主品牌的競爭優(yōu)勢,不斷地提升自身的核心競爭力,才能贏得市場競爭。 本文將結(jié)合美國學(xué)者普拉哈拉德(C.K.Prahalad)和英國學(xué)者哈默爾(GaryHamel)關(guān)于企業(yè)的核心競爭力戰(zhàn)略理論,以廈鎢公司主業(yè)--鎢產(chǎn)業(yè)作為重點(diǎn)研究對象,通過對廈鎢公司的發(fā)展環(huán)境、企業(yè)所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及公司現(xiàn)有的競爭能力分析,提出構(gòu)建和提升公司核心競爭力的策略:一、首先明確廈鎢公司的戰(zhàn)略定位和規(guī)劃;二、持續(xù)推動技術(shù)創(chuàng)新;三、不斷提高原料的自給能力;四、積極構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟和協(xié)同競爭體系;五、積極調(diào)整和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)并推動產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移;六、建立良好的現(xiàn)代化運(yùn)營機(jī)制和培育優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,進(jìn)而達(dá)到進(jìn)一步提升廈鎢公司核心競爭力的目的,也只有這樣,廈鎢公司才能在如今瞬息萬變的市場環(huán)境中獲得持續(xù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since August 2011, the global financial capital market has experienced severe turbulence, which has had many effects on our economy. Among them, the continuous decline in exports has led to the overstocking of enterprises' products, business difficulties, and greatly reduced profit margins; especially for private enterprises. Even close down or stop production. The main reason is that these enterprises do not have the core competitiveness to compete with their competitors. Without this important guarantee, how can the enterprises successfully survive the cold winter of economic development? After falling to a low level in the fourth quarter of 2012, tungsten, molybdenum and other metals continued to hover at low levels, and rare earth prices also hovered at low levels for a long time. Tungsten products, on the one hand, were due to Japan, In Europe, America and China, the output of cemented carbide products for deep processing has dropped sharply. On the other hand, the overcapacity of domestic tungsten smelters has caused a serious imbalance between supply and demand for APT. The situation of oversupply over demand is hard to change in the short term. The world economy is in the doldrums, and the biggest problem facing domestic economic development is to expand internal consumption. Some foreign cemented carbide manufacturers have a keen interest in China's economic development trend. As a result, in China, the competition in the tungsten industry will gradually transition to the strength of the overall industrial chain, and the competition will become more and more intense. In order to achieve sustainable development, it is necessary to continuously innovate technology, constantly improve the competitive advantage of independent brands, and constantly enhance their core competitiveness in order to win market competition. Based on the strategic theory of core competitiveness of enterprises by American scholar C. K. Prahaladand British scholar Gary Hamel, this paper will focus on the research object of Xiatungsten Company's main business-Tungsten industry, through the development environment of Xiamen Tungsten Company. Based on the analysis of the risks faced by enterprises and the existing competitive power of the company, the strategies to build and enhance the core competitiveness of the company are put forward: first, the strategic positioning and planning of Xiam-tungsten Company; second, the continuous promotion of technological innovation; third, To constantly improve the self-sufficiency of raw materials; fourth, to actively build strategic alliances and coordinated competition systems; fifthly, to actively adjust and optimize industrial institutions and promote industrial transfer; sixthly, to establish a good modern operating mechanism and foster excellent corporate culture, In order to further enhance the core competitiveness of Xiamen Tungsten Company, only in this way, Xiamen Tungsten Company can get a sustained development in the rapidly changing market environment.
