【摘要】：正在內(nèi)部推行看板僅僅服務(wù)于生產(chǎn)線——物流倉庫,在外部推行看板僅僅服務(wù)于供應(yīng)商——物流倉庫,金剛公司將兩種看板進(jìn)行有機(jī)結(jié)合,引進(jìn)三方物流的電子看板,直接服務(wù)于供應(yīng)商與生產(chǎn)線,將三方形成了一個有機(jī)的整體。吉利集團(tuán)所屬浙江金剛汽車有限公司(簡稱金剛公司)目前所運用的看板分為兩種:一種是條形碼電子看板,即針對外部的配套供貨廠家所使用的一次性看板。它記載了供貨單位的名稱、物料名稱、供貨時間、供貨數(shù)量、工序、所使用的器具、交貨地點等信息。第二種
