【摘要】：本文為一篇以W市電網(wǎng)建設(shè)中發(fā)生的沖突事件為案例，探討供電局如何應(yīng)對(duì)沖突、如何有效管理聯(lián)系在一起的外部利益相關(guān)者之間關(guān)系的論文。 文章首先就企業(yè)和社會(huì)的關(guān)系，企業(yè)的社會(huì)責(zé)任以及問(wèn)題和危機(jī)管理的理論進(jìn)行綜合闡述，并提出本文的研究思路，隨后部分是案例正文、案例分析及有效管理外部利益相關(guān)者的建議方案。案例正文部分介紹了W市供電局與外部利益相關(guān)者之間沖突的事件,以及事件發(fā)生的背景。案例分析部分，文章首先分析了電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的外部環(huán)境發(fā)生的深刻變化，，提出供電企業(yè)加強(qiáng)外部利益相關(guān)者管理的必要性和緊迫性。其次，論文逐一分析了電網(wǎng)建設(shè)中主要的外部利益相關(guān)者——公眾、政府、媒介和非營(yíng)利組織的特征和需要，揭示存在的問(wèn)題以及產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因，構(gòu)建外部利益相關(guān)者關(guān)系模型，運(yùn)用博弈論的方法分析了利益相關(guān)者之間的利益格局，推導(dǎo)出博弈均衡的策略。最后，文章進(jìn)一步探討了提高電網(wǎng)建設(shè)外部利益相關(guān)者管理效率的策略，提出電力企業(yè)推行道德管理、建設(shè)環(huán)境友好型綠色電網(wǎng)的管理理念；以及構(gòu)建政府主導(dǎo)、媒體引導(dǎo)、非營(yíng)利組織支持、公眾接受和合作的電網(wǎng)建設(shè)格局的建議；提出公眾參與電網(wǎng)建設(shè)決策的應(yīng)用模型，并且以構(gòu)建電網(wǎng)建設(shè)外部利益相關(guān)者之間的和諧關(guān)系作為管理目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses how the power supply bureau can deal with the conflict and how to effectively manage the relationship between the external stakeholders associated with the power supply bureau, taking the conflict incident in the power grid construction of W city as an example. Firstly, the relationship between enterprise and society, corporate social responsibility, the theory of problem and crisis management are comprehensively expounded, and the research ideas of this paper are put forward. Case analysis and effective management of external stakeholders. The text of the case introduces the incident of conflict between the power supply bureau of W city and external stakeholders, and the background of the incident. This paper first analyzes the profound changes in the external environment of power grid construction, and points out the necessity and urgency for power supply enterprises to strengthen the management of external stakeholders. This paper analyzes the characteristics and needs of the main external stakeholders in power grid construction, the public, the government, the media and the non-profit organizations, reveals the existing problems and the causes of the problems, and constructs the external stakeholder relationship model. By using the method of game theory, this paper analyzes the interest pattern among stakeholders and deduces the strategy of game equilibrium. Finally, the paper further discusses the strategies to improve the management efficiency of external stakeholders in power grid construction. The paper puts forward the management idea of the electric power enterprise to carry out the moral management and build the environment-friendly green power grid, as well as the suggestion of constructing the pattern of the power grid construction which is led by the government, guided by the media, supported by the non-profit organizations, accepted and cooperated by the public. The application model of public participation in power grid construction decision is put forward, and the management goal is to build a harmonious relationship among external stakeholders in power grid construction.
