【摘要】:在市場(chǎng)日益開放的今天,現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的五大核心要素為品種、質(zhì)量、價(jià)格、服務(wù)和交貨。21世紀(jì)是質(zhì)量的世紀(jì),決定競(jìng)爭(zhēng)勝負(fù)的關(guān)鍵在于質(zhì)量和技術(shù),現(xiàn)如今,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)已經(jīng)意識(shí)到,技術(shù)質(zhì)量管理水平作為企業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心要素,,是其最重要的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之一,是占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng)的最有效武器。企業(yè)為求生存和壯大,極為重要的一點(diǎn)就是生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品,來(lái)滿足用戶日益變化的需求,只有讓顧客達(dá)到滿意,才能最終成功占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng)。企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理已成為其發(fā)展過(guò)程中至關(guān)重要的部分。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),如何提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量管理,已成為各個(gè)企業(yè)值得深入研究的課題。 為了在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),中國(guó)石化鎮(zhèn)海煉化分公司(鎮(zhèn)海煉化)需要改進(jìn)其產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理。本文以質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論為研究基礎(chǔ),從工作實(shí)踐出發(fā),分析了鎮(zhèn)海煉化質(zhì)量管理中存在的問(wèn)題,本文運(yùn)用全面質(zhì)量管理、六西格瑪管理法等管理方面的理論,結(jié)合鎮(zhèn)海煉化的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng),提出一系列的質(zhì)量管理方面的改進(jìn)方案,通過(guò)完善改進(jìn)后的方案,使鎮(zhèn)海煉化能建立起更全面、更規(guī)范、更高效的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理體系,從而最終提高公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理能力。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly open market today, the five core elements of the fierce competition of the modern market for variety, quality, price, service and delivery.21 century is the century of quality, the key of success lies in the quality and technology, nowadays, more and more enterprises have realized that the core elements of technology and quality management level as the competition between enterprises that is one of the most important core competitiveness, is the most effective weapon to occupy the market. Enterprises in order to survive and grow, the important point is to produce high quality products to meet the changing needs of customers, only let customers satisfied, in order to reach the successful occupation of the market. The product quality management of enterprises has become a crucial part in the process of its development. For a long time, how to improve product quality, strengthen quality management, has become a topic worthy of in-depth study of various enterprises.
In order to obtain the competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, the Sinopec Zhenhai company (ZRCC) needs to improve its product quality management. The quality management theory as the research foundation, from the practical work, analyzes the existing problems in the management of the quality of Zhenhai Refinery, using comprehensive quality management, six sigma management method such as management theory, product quality management system with Zhenhai, proposed a series of aspects of quality management, through the improvement of the improved scheme, which can establish a more comprehensive Zhenhai, more standardized, product quality management system more efficient, so as to improve the ability of product quality management in the end.
