臨沂市蘭山區(qū)木材加工企業(yè)核心競爭力研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的來臨和高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,任何國家和企業(yè)都不能回避激烈的市場競爭,必須面對(duì)市場發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的種種挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)核心競爭力的強(qiáng)弱逐漸成為決定企業(yè)能否生存和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。 臨沂市木材產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過近20多年的快速發(fā)展,共有企業(yè)6000多家,從業(yè)人員達(dá)45萬人,出口量約占全國人造板出口總量的30%。但近年來受到金融危機(jī)、勞動(dòng)力價(jià)格上漲的影響,多數(shù)企業(yè)出現(xiàn)了訂單明顯減少,大量產(chǎn)品滯銷積壓,市場銷售額大幅降低等諸多問題。如何使企業(yè)改變陳舊觀念,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),淘汰落后產(chǎn)能,發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,利用現(xiàn)有資源,培育和提升企業(yè)核心競爭力已成為臨沂市木材加工企業(yè)發(fā)展急待解決的問題。 本文以臨沂市蘭山區(qū)木材加工企業(yè)為例,把核心競爭力的理論應(yīng)用到木材加工企業(yè)的管理中,試圖從中找到解決企業(yè)困境的鑰匙。文章第一部分介紹了研究的背景、意義和主要研究內(nèi)容和方法,對(duì)國內(nèi)外核心競爭力問題的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述;第二部分從企業(yè)核心競爭力基礎(chǔ)理論入手,闡述了一般企業(yè)核心競爭力理論的內(nèi)涵、基本特征、分類構(gòu)成和作用,希望為后續(xù)論證提供充足的理論依據(jù);第三部分以臨沂市蘭山區(qū)木材加工企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)該區(qū)木材加工業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和優(yōu)劣勢進(jìn)行了深入剖析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,隨機(jī)抽取了區(qū)內(nèi)10家木材加工企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)資料,對(duì)比分析了其2008-2011年間的銷售收入、利潤收入等情況,認(rèn)為影響臨沂市蘭山區(qū)木材加工企業(yè)核心競爭力的因素包括技術(shù)創(chuàng)新競爭能力、人力資源管理能力、市場拓展能力、文化培育能力和生產(chǎn)制造能力,并設(shè)計(jì)了《臨沂市蘭山區(qū)木材加工企業(yè)核心競爭力調(diào)查表》,通過回收、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析調(diào)查表實(shí)證了影響木材加工企業(yè)核心競爭力的五種因素;第四部分,結(jié)合木材加工業(yè)的實(shí)際情況和發(fā)展需要,從技術(shù)制度、市場創(chuàng)新、人力資源積累、營銷拓展和品牌建設(shè)五個(gè)方面,,提出木材加工企業(yè)核心競爭力的提升策略;第五部分,對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和概括。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the economic era and the development of high-tech industries, no country or enterprise can avoid fierce market competition. We must face all kinds of challenges in the process of market development, and the strength of the core competence of enterprises has gradually become the key to the survival and development of enterprises. After nearly 20 years of rapid development, the timber industry in Linyi has more than 6, 000 enterprises, with 450,000 employees, and the export volume accounts for about 30 percent of the total export volume of wood-based panels in China. However, in recent years, the financial crisis and the rise in labor prices have affected Linyi's timber industry. Most enterprises have many problems, such as the obvious reduction of orders, the backlog of large amounts of unsalable products, and the substantial decrease in market sales. How to make enterprises change their old ideas, optimize their product structure, eliminate their backward production capacity, and give play to their own advantages, Using the existing resources to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of wood processing enterprises in Linyi City. Taking the wood processing enterprises in Lanshan District of Linyi City as an example, this paper applies the theory of core competence to the management of wood processing enterprises, and tries to find out the key to solve the difficulties of the enterprises. The first part of the article introduces the background of the research. The significance and main research contents and methods are summarized. The second part begins with the basic theory of the core competence of enterprises and expounds the connotation and basic characteristics of the general core competence theory of enterprises. In the third part, taking the wood processing enterprises in Lanshan District of Linyi City as the research object, the development status and advantages and disadvantages of wood processing industry in Linyi City are deeply analyzed. On this basis, the data of 10 wood-processing enterprises in the region are selected randomly, and the sales income, profit income and so on during the period 2008-2011 are compared and analyzed. The factors influencing the core competence of wood processing enterprises in Lanshan District of Linyi City include technological innovation competition ability, human resource management ability, market expansion ability, cultural cultivation ability and production and manufacturing ability. The paper also designs the questionnaire of core competence of wood processing enterprises in Lanshan District of Linyi City. Through recycling and statistics, the paper analyzes the five factors that affect the core competence of wood processing enterprises. Part 4th, Combined with the actual situation and development needs of wood processing industry, from five aspects of technical system, market innovation, human resource accumulation, marketing expansion and brand building, the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of core competitiveness of wood processing enterprises; part 5th, The full text is summarized and summarized.
