【摘要】：生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)是高技術(shù)、高投入、高風(fēng)險、高收益的知識密集型高科技產(chǎn)業(yè),其最大的特點是對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護的依賴性大大高于其他行業(yè)。知識產(chǎn)權(quán)制度是技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的邏輯前提、法律基礎(chǔ)、安全保障和平衡機制,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)策略在生物醫(yī)藥技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中起著非常重要的作用。加強知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護,對于鼓勵發(fā)明創(chuàng)造、促進生物醫(yī)藥科技成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化,實現(xiàn)實驗室、臨床成果向現(xiàn)實市場及臨床需求的轉(zhuǎn)化具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The biomedical industry is a knowledge-intensive high-tech industry with high technology, high investment, high risk and high income. Its biggest characteristic is that the dependence on intellectual property protection is much higher than in other industries. The intellectual property system is the logical premise, legal basis, security protection and balance mechanism of technology transfer. Intellectual property strategy plays a very important role in the transfer of biomedical technology. Strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights can encourage invention and innovation, promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in biomedical science and technology, and realize the laboratory. It is of great significance to transform the clinical results to the actual market and clinical demand.
