【摘要】：歐盟農(nóng)藥再登記是在管理要求和科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)生變化的情況下,以保證所有已批準(zhǔn)農(nóng)藥不斷滿(mǎn)足管理要求與登記標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文介紹了歐盟開(kāi)展有效成分和植物保護(hù)產(chǎn)品再登記的法律依據(jù)、再登記標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、周期和工作流程,并對(duì)歐盟再登記與美國(guó)登記再評(píng)審進(jìn)行比較分析。
[Abstract]:EU pesticide re-registration is in the context of regulatory requirements and changes in science and technology, In order to ensure that all approved pesticides continuously meet the management requirements and registration criteria. This paper introduces the legal basis for reregistration of active ingredients and plant protection products in the European Union, the reregistration criteria, the cycle and the workflow, And the EU re-registration and the United States registration re-evaluation of the comparative analysis.
