山西永濟市35kV變電站增容改造項目進度管理的研究

【摘要】:變電站增容改造工程對于施工工期進度的要求比較高。盡可能合理安排工程工期進度,避免電力企業(yè)因管理因素損失供電量。本文運用歸納和演繹相結(jié)合,運用文獻分析和實證分析,根據(jù)項目進度管理的基礎(chǔ)理論,采用關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù),結(jié)合山西電網(wǎng)改造工程自身的特點,建立工程項目進度管理模型;對于其中的緩沖變量,進行分析優(yōu)化。并考慮到資源約束情況進一步構(gòu)建了基于CCPM的項目進度管理優(yōu)化模型,通過工程實證分析進一步支持本文的觀點。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外項目進度管理的有關(guān)理論做了深入分析,重點對緩沖區(qū)大小的確定方法進行了對比分析;之后介紹了基于網(wǎng)絡計劃技術(shù)的項目進度管理理論,并對關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)管理模型的構(gòu)建進行了深入分析,對關(guān)鍵鏈緩沖時間設置算法做了研究,采用排隊論方法對關(guān)鍵鏈緩沖時間做設置,避免了傳統(tǒng)設置方法的不足,進一步考慮到資源種類的紛繁冗雜以及資源約束的規(guī)模問題,構(gòu)建了基于CCPM的項目進度管理優(yōu)化模型,并運用了自適應免疫克隆選擇算法對其進行求解。對山西省永濟開張35kV變電站增容改造工程做了深入介紹,之后梳理出網(wǎng)絡計劃圖,在此基礎(chǔ)上對緩沖區(qū)的設置做了深入分析,并進一步給出了資源約束情況,采用了免疫克隆選擇算法進行了求解,通過此實例驗證了論文觀點,并給出了工程進度管理流程的實際操作建議。
[Abstract]:The construction schedule of substation capacity increase and transformation project is very high. The schedule of construction period is arranged as reasonably as possible to avoid the power supply loss caused by management factors in electric power enterprises. This paper combines induction and deduction. According to the basic theory of project schedule management, the key chain technology is used to establish the project schedule management model according to the literature analysis and empirical analysis. Considering the resource constraints, the project schedule management optimization model based on CCPM is further constructed, and the viewpoint of this paper is further supported by the engineering empirical analysis. In this paper, the theories of project schedule management at home and abroad are analyzed deeply, and the methods of determining buffer size are compared and analyzed, and then the theory of project schedule management based on network planning technology is introduced. Furthermore, the construction of key chain technology management model is deeply analyzed, the algorithm of key chain buffer time setting is studied, and the key chain buffer time is set by queue theory method, which avoids the deficiency of traditional setting method. Considering the complexity of resource types and the scale of resource constraints, a project schedule management optimization model based on CCPM is constructed. The adaptive immune clone selection algorithm is used to solve the problem. The capacity increase and transformation project of Yongji 35 kV substation in Yongji, Shanxi Province, is introduced in depth, and then the network plan diagram is sorted out. On this basis, the buffer zone setting is deeply analyzed. Furthermore, the resource constraint is given, and the immune clone selection algorithm is used to solve the problem. The paper's viewpoint is verified by this example, and the practical operation suggestions of the project schedule management flow are given.
