常州YY燈芯絨有限公司企業(yè)家社會資本戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:從上世紀70年代以來,政治學、社會學、經(jīng)濟學等多學科都開始進行社會資本(social capital)研究,形成了大量的理論研究成果,對社會資本概念進行了豐富的闡述。作為社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的源泉企業(yè)績效管理,自然有必要將社會資本在企業(yè)管理中的運用進行相關(guān)研究,企業(yè)社會資本對企業(yè)績效影響必然是研究的關(guān)鍵問題。 本研究以常州YY燈芯絨有限公司為例,在公司出現(xiàn)銷售增長利潤卻下滑的績效困境,旨在通過分析公司績效困境原因,并及時制定、實施企業(yè)家社會資本戰(zhàn)略,為解決企業(yè)困境提高企業(yè)績效出謀劃策。 首先,通過社會資本、差序格局、企業(yè)家社會資本、企業(yè)家社會資本效用、企業(yè)家社會資本結(jié)構(gòu)維度等理論回顧試圖尋找解決問題的理論基礎(chǔ)。通過對常州YY燈芯絨有限公司外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境、績效困境的分析從企業(yè)家社會資本角度找出原因為公司制定企業(yè)家社會資本戰(zhàn)略作鋪墊。在結(jié)合公司外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析歸納出公司存在產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)單一、創(chuàng)新能力不強、財務費用過高、員工管理低效四大現(xiàn)實影響公司績效的困境。 然后以常州YY燈芯絨有限公司四大阻礙企業(yè)發(fā)展的困境為研究基礎(chǔ),從企業(yè)家社會資本戰(zhàn)略研究角度分析公司困境成因。再理論結(jié)合實踐以企業(yè)家社會資本理論,有針對性制定解決公司績效困境的企業(yè)家社會資本運用戰(zhàn)略,為保障企業(yè)家社會資本戰(zhàn)略在常州YY燈芯絨有限公司有效實施,本研究給出了相應的保障性措施建議,讓企業(yè)家社會資本在案例公司的戰(zhàn)略實施具有更好的戰(zhàn)略研究及實踐可操作性。 最后,筆者結(jié)合理論闡述和案例企業(yè)家社會資本戰(zhàn)略研究,形成企業(yè)家社會資本戰(zhàn)略研究和運用有利于解決企業(yè)困境,提升企業(yè)績效,增強企業(yè)核心競爭力的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Since -30s, many subjects such as political science, sociology, economics and so on have begun to carry out social capital research, which has resulted in a large number of theoretical research results. As the source of social and economic development, enterprise performance management, it is necessary to study the application of social capital in enterprise management. The influence of corporate social capital on enterprise performance is a key issue. This study takes Changzhou YY Corduroy Co., Ltd as an example. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of the company's performance dilemma and to implement the entrepreneur's social capital strategy by analyzing the reasons of the company's performance dilemma and implementing the entrepreneur's social capital strategy. In order to solve the plight of enterprises to improve corporate performance advice. First, through social capital, differential order pattern, entrepreneur social capital, entrepreneur social capital utility, This paper reviews the theory of entrepreneur social capital structure and tries to find the theoretical basis to solve the problem. By analyzing the external environment and internal environment of Changzhou YY corduroy Co., Ltd. From the angle of entrepreneur social capital, the analysis of the performance dilemma lays the groundwork for the company to formulate the strategy of entrepreneur social capital. In combination with the external environment of the company, the internal environment analysis concludes that the company has a single product structure and a weak innovation ability. The financial expenses are too high and the employee management is inefficient, which affects the performance of the company. Then based on the difficulties of four major obstacles to the development of enterprises in Changzhou YY Corduroy Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the causes of the company's predicament from the angle of entrepreneur's social capital strategy research, and then combines theory with practice to analyze the causes of the company's predicament. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the social capital strategy of entrepreneur in Changzhou YY Corduroy Co., Ltd, this study has put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions. It has better strategy research and practical maneuverability to make entrepreneur social capital implement strategy in case company. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and the case study of entrepreneur's social capital strategy, the author concludes that the study and application of entrepreneur's social capital strategy is conducive to solving the dilemma of enterprises, improving enterprise performance and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
