H公司人力資源管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:人力資源管理作為企業(yè)建立核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段,已被越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)重視。如何建立適合自身發(fā)展的人力資源管理體系是企業(yè)取得成功的關(guān)鍵,也是眾多中小民營(yíng)醫(yī)藥企業(yè)面臨的難題。 本文從我國(guó)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)及民營(yíng)醫(yī)藥企業(yè)人力資源發(fā)展背景入于,以企業(yè)管理及人力資源管理理論為基礎(chǔ),分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)人力資源管理研究現(xiàn)狀。通過(guò)介紹H公司的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r尤其是人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀,詳細(xì)分析該公司人力資源管理為保障戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)而構(gòu)建的一整套人力資源管理體系及其具體做法;總結(jié)歸納了該公司在人力資源管理方面所形成的全面實(shí)施“人才興企”戰(zhàn)略、人才引進(jìn)力度大成效顯著、企業(yè)管理專業(yè)化水平較高和注重構(gòu)建較全面的激勵(lì)機(jī)制等成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)及其做法。這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)看似平常簡(jiǎn)單,但在一個(gè)逐步成長(zhǎng)的中小型醫(yī)藥企業(yè)得以全面落實(shí)且富有成效,的確是難能可貴的。企業(yè)管理理論都是管理實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)性總結(jié),但能在實(shí)際中做好絕非易事!這也使得本文的總結(jié)能為目前我國(guó)醫(yī)藥企業(yè)解決管理中存在的問(wèn)題,尤其是人力資源管理問(wèn)題提供具有一定參考價(jià)值的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:As an important means for enterprises to establish core competitiveness, human resource management has been paid more and more attention to by more and more enterprises. How to establish a human resource management system suitable for their own development is the key to the success of enterprises. It is also a difficult problem faced by many small and medium-sized private pharmaceutical enterprises. Based on the theory of enterprise management and human resource management, this paper introduces the background of human resource development in Chinese pharmaceutical industry and private pharmaceutical enterprises. This paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management in domestic and foreign enterprises, and introduces the development of H Company, especially the present situation of human resource management. Detailed analysis of the company's human resources management in order to ensure the realization of strategic objectives to build a set of human resources management system and specific practices; This paper summarizes and summarizes the comprehensive implementation of the strategy of "rejuvenating enterprises by talents" formed by the company in human resource management, and shows that the introduction of talents has achieved remarkable results. Successful experiences and practices such as higher levels of specialization in business management and focus on building more comprehensive incentive mechanisms. These experiences may seem simple, but they are fully implemented and productive in a growing, small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise. Enterprise management theory is an empirical summary of management practice, but it is not easy to do well in practice. This also makes the summary of this paper can provide some useful experience for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises to solve the problems existing in management, especially for human resource management.
