【摘要】：目前，我國(guó)大多數(shù)企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理意識(shí)薄弱，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息缺乏，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理手段和方法較為落后，在加入WTO后的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)下，企業(yè)在面臨更多發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時(shí)，也面臨著更加嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)，加強(qiáng)和規(guī)范企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理已成為緊迫的話題，近幾年來一些負(fù)面事件給企業(yè)帶來的致命打擊，更加凸顯了企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重要性和必要性。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和科技創(chuàng)新能力的不斷提高，我國(guó)化工機(jī)械行業(yè)取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步，對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)也越來越大。然而隨著行業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境日趨復(fù)雜，面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也越來越大，深入研究化工機(jī)械行業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問題，對(duì)于行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以作者工作的公司長(zhǎng)沙威重化機(jī)有限公司為例來研究企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問題，旨在建立全面完善的公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制，為公司實(shí)際風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作提供依據(jù)，并為整個(gè)化工機(jī)械同行企業(yè)提供理論借鑒。論文首先介紹了相關(guān)理論和概念，介紹了長(zhǎng)沙威重公司的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀；然后根據(jù)公司的實(shí)際情況，按照風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對(duì)策的過程順序，應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)清單法分別探討了對(duì)公司影響較大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問題，并使用了問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)模型分析等方法進(jìn)行了定量和定性分析并得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論；最后提出了公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的具體保障措施。
[Abstract]:At present, most enterprises in our country have weak awareness of risk management, lack of risk information and backward methods of risk management. Under the international competition situation after China's entry into WTO, enterprises are facing more development opportunities at the same time. Also facing more severe challenges, strengthening and standardizing enterprise risk management has become an urgent topic. In recent years, some negative events have brought a fatal blow to enterprises. It also highlights the importance and necessity of enterprise risk management. With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development and the ability of scientific and technological innovation, the chemical machinery industry in China has made great progress. The contribution to the national economy of our country is more and more great. However, as the business environment of the industry is becoming more and more complex, the risks faced by the industry are becoming more and more great, so the risk management problems in the chemical machinery industry have been studied in depth. For the healthy development of the industry has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper takes Changsha Wei heavy Chemical Machine Co., Ltd, the company where the author works, as an example to study the problem of enterprise risk management. The purpose of this paper is to establish a comprehensive and perfect corporate risk management mechanism and to provide the basis for the actual risk management of the company. The paper first introduces the related theories and concepts, introduces the present situation of risk management in Changsha Weizhong Company, and then according to the actual situation of the company, according to the risk identification, The process sequence of risk assessment and risk management countermeasures, the risk list method is used to discuss the risk management problems which have a great impact on the company, and the questionnaire survey method is used. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data model analysis and the corresponding conclusions are made. Finally, the specific safeguard measures for the risk management of the company are put forward.
