【摘要】：我國目前正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型必然帶來現(xiàn)代文明的轉(zhuǎn)型,而實(shí)現(xiàn)社會轉(zhuǎn)型和現(xiàn)代化的核心問題是文化發(fā)展問題,尤其是傳統(tǒng)文化在當(dāng)代現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中的生存和發(fā)展問題。蘇州市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平在近幾年屢創(chuàng)新高,先后提出了創(chuàng)新型城市建設(shè)和率先基本實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的目標(biāo),而傳統(tǒng)文化是一座城市的名片,也是城市發(fā)展的精神基礎(chǔ),蘇州大力發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)文化能夠?yàn)槟繕?biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)奠定基礎(chǔ)。蘇繡是蘇州傳統(tǒng)手工藝中的佼佼者,歷經(jīng)千年不衰,在蘇州手工藝產(chǎn)業(yè)上具有一定的代表作用。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,蘇州市刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)得以迅速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,但同時(shí)也面臨著產(chǎn)業(yè)平臺弱、載體少、人才后備力量不足等一系列問題,制約了刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此有必要深入分析和研究蘇州市刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,分析蘇州市刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展對策,并以此為其他手工藝產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。本文在企業(yè)訪談、實(shí)地調(diào)研獲取大量一手資料的基礎(chǔ)上,通過閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)歸納總結(jié)了蘇州市刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的五個(gè)階段,歸納了各自特征,找出了蘇州市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的空間演變規(guī)律,然后對蘇州市刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、問題和刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的變化進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的深入分析,提出了蘇州市刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的五大戰(zhàn)略：雙輪驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略、專注重心戰(zhàn)略、平臺支撐戰(zhàn)略、借船出海戰(zhàn)略以及空間整合戰(zhàn)略。分析了蘇州市未來刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展重點(diǎn),從優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、升級產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈環(huán)節(jié)方面入手,并提出了刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)未來的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域。同時(shí)根據(jù)目前刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不足,通過分析產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中所需的相應(yīng)支撐體系,構(gòu)建了蘇州市刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)的公共服務(wù)平臺和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新平臺兩個(gè)方面的支撐體系,以此解決目前刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展瓶頸。最后深入分析了蘇州市刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局方面存在的問題,提出了蘇州市刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局的優(yōu)化策略以及優(yōu)化方案,形成“一軸兩片區(qū)三中心四點(diǎn)”的產(chǎn)業(yè)空間結(jié)構(gòu)。通過對蘇州市傳統(tǒng)手工藝產(chǎn)業(yè)中刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究,力圖為蘇州市刺繡產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康有序發(fā)展提供有益的幫助,并且對蘇州市其他傳統(tǒng)手工藝產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展起到參考或指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the period of economic transformation, the transformation of economy will inevitably bring about the transformation of modern civilization, and the core problem of realizing social transformation and modernization is the question of cultural development. In particular, the survival and development of traditional culture in the process of contemporary modernization. In recent years, Suzhou's economic development level has repeatedly reached new heights, and has successively put forward the goal of building an innovative city and taking the lead in basically realizing modernization. The traditional culture is the business card of a city and the spiritual foundation of the city development. Suzhou can lay the foundation for the realization of the goal by vigorously developing the traditional culture. Suzhou embroidery is a leader in Suzhou's traditional handicrafts, and has survived for thousands of years. Suzhou embroidery industry has developed rapidly since the beginning of the new century, and the scale of the industry continues to expand, but at the same time it also faces a weak industrial platform and few carriers. A series of problems, such as the shortage of talent reserve force, restrict the development of embroidery industry. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply analyze and study the present situation and existing problems of Suzhou embroidery industry, and analyze the countermeasures for further development of Suzhou embroidery industry. On the basis of enterprise interview and field investigation, this paper summarizes the five stages of Suzhou embroidery industry development by reading relevant documents. This paper summarizes their respective characteristics, finds out the spatial evolution law of Suzhou's industrial development, and then makes a systematic and in-depth analysis of the present situation, problems and changes of embroidery industry chain in Suzhou. Five strategies for the development of Suzhou embroidery industry are put forward: double wheel drive strategy, focus on gravity center strategy, platform support strategy, ship borrowing strategy and spatial integration strategy. The development focus of Suzhou embroidery industry in the future is analyzed. Starting with optimizing the industrial structure, upgrading the industrial value chain and optimizing the links of the industrial chain, this paper puts forward the key areas for the future development of the embroidery industry. At the same time, according to the insufficient development of the embroidery industry at present, By analyzing the corresponding supporting system needed in the process of industrial development, this paper constructs the public service platform and technological innovation platform of Suzhou embroidery industry. Finally, the problems in the spatial layout of Suzhou embroidery industry are deeply analyzed, and the optimization strategy and scheme of Suzhou embroidery industry spatial layout are put forward. Forming the industrial spatial structure of "three centers and four points in one axis and two sections". Through the study of embroidery industry in Suzhou traditional handicraft industry, the paper tries to provide beneficial help for the healthy and orderly development of Suzhou embroidery industry. And to Suzhou other traditional handicraft industry development play a reference or guidance role.
