【摘要】：中國對于電力基本建設(shè)的投入處于不斷增長的狀態(tài)，并且中國電力工程建設(shè)企業(yè)也積極拓展國際市場。傳統(tǒng)的電力工程項目管理模式在電力工程建設(shè)中不僅存在很大弊端，而且不能夠滿足國際電力工程市場對項目建設(shè)的要求。作為國際上已經(jīng)很成熟的EPC項目管理模式能夠彌補電力工程建設(shè)傳統(tǒng)管理模式的缺陷，能夠為業(yè)主和總承包商贏得共贏。但中國電力工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域里缺乏集設(shè)計、采購、施工于一體的大型總承包商，只能聯(lián)合相關(guān)企業(yè)組成總承包團隊進行相關(guān)建設(shè)。本文通過對相關(guān)文獻的查詢和研究，深入了解EPC項目管理模式，以中國電力建設(shè)工程咨詢?yōu)槔瑢χ袊娏ㄔO(shè)工程公司內(nèi)外部的相關(guān)EPC資源進行梳理和分析，提出了中國電力建設(shè)工程內(nèi)外部資源配置模式，，形成電力工程EPC項目管理模式運行模式。本文為中電咨詢進行電力工程EPC項目建設(shè)和組成相關(guān)建設(shè)團隊提供相關(guān)理論依據(jù)。同時，向進行電力工程EPC項目建設(shè)的其他企業(yè)提供相關(guān)參考，期望企業(yè)在運用EPC這種比較先進的項目管理模式進行能源發(fā)電與輸變電工程建設(shè)方面有所受益。
[Abstract]:China's investment in power infrastructure is growing, and Chinese power engineering construction enterprises are also actively expanding the international market. The traditional power engineering project management model not only has great disadvantages in power engineering construction, Moreover, it can not meet the requirements of the international power engineering market for project construction. As a mature project management mode in the world, EPC project management model can make up the defects of the traditional management mode of power engineering construction. Can win a win-win for the owner and the general contractor. But in the field of electric engineering construction in China, there is a lack of large general contractor who integrates design, procurement and construction. This paper, through the inquiry and research of related literature, deeply understand the EPC project management mode, take China Electric Power Construction Engineering Consulting as an example. The internal and external EPC resources of China Electric Power Construction Engineering Company are analyzed, and the internal and external resource allocation mode of China Electric Power Construction Project is put forward. This paper provides the relevant theoretical basis for CLP Consulting to carry out the construction of electric power engineering EPC project and to form the related construction team, at the same time, This paper provides relevant reference for other enterprises carrying out EPC project construction of electric power engineering, and expects that enterprises will benefit from the use of EPC, a more advanced project management mode, in the construction of energy generation, transmission and transformation projects.
