【摘要】：培訓，作為獲取人才的重要途徑之一，越來越受到現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的重視。對于生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)，因為生產(chǎn)車間操作員工直接接觸生產(chǎn)，他們的技能水平直接影響到產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與成本。因此對于車間操作員工的培訓對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營具有至關(guān)重要的意義。 在理論方面本文通過對培訓、技能培訓、多技能工培訓的有關(guān)學術(shù)討論進行總結(jié)，對培訓形式、培訓評估方法、內(nèi)部講師隊伍建設等方面進行梳理，，從而為建立多技能工培訓找到合適的方法提供支持。 在實踐方面，本文通過對ST公司生產(chǎn)車間員工培訓的狀況進行分析，提出多技能工培訓的意義與開展思路，并對ST公司生產(chǎn)車間多技能工培訓的階段結(jié)果進行呈現(xiàn)。 最后，本文對多技能工培訓的流程進行總結(jié)，并提出優(yōu)化的建議，以期對相似企業(yè)以借鑒。
[Abstract]:Training, as one of the most important ways to acquire talents, has been paid more and more attention to by modern enterprises. For manufacturing enterprises, workers in production workshops have direct contact with production. Their skill level has a direct impact on the quality and cost of the product, so the training of workshop operators is of great importance to the operation of the enterprise. In theory, this paper summarizes the relevant academic discussions on training, skills training and multi-skill training, combs the training form, training evaluation methods, internal instructor team construction and so on. So as to establish a multi-skill training to find the appropriate method to provide support. In practice, this paper analyzes the status of St company workshop staff training, puts forward the significance and thinking of multi-skill training, and presents the stage results of St production workshop multi-skill training. Finally, this paper summarizes the process of multi-skill training, and puts forward some suggestions for reference to similar enterprises.
