基于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)定位的金剛集團(tuán)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:本文對(duì)我國(guó)內(nèi)燃機(jī)零部件生產(chǎn)企業(yè)(缸套、活塞、活塞環(huán)、活塞銷、進(jìn)排氣門、軸瓦等)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述,主要包括產(chǎn)品及產(chǎn)品組織、工藝流程、技術(shù)類型、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)定位等。 本文分析了我國(guó)內(nèi)燃機(jī)行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)燃機(jī)工業(yè)“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃、內(nèi)燃機(jī)零部件行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)定位等。提出了隨著中我國(guó)內(nèi)燃機(jī)零部件行業(yè)集中度的進(jìn)一步提高,我國(guó)內(nèi)燃機(jī)零部件生產(chǎn)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)基本形成兩大模式:一是單一產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè),二是多產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。提出了上述兩種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模式各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),同時(shí)提出了各自企業(yè)今后產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的方向。 本文還對(duì)內(nèi)燃機(jī)零部件生產(chǎn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了研究,主要包括內(nèi)燃機(jī)零部件生產(chǎn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化相關(guān)因素分析、內(nèi)燃機(jī)零部件生產(chǎn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和基于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)定位的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化分析和實(shí)施等。 本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)石家莊金剛內(nèi)燃機(jī)零部件集團(tuán)有限公司的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究,通過SWOT分析和產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)定位分析等提出了金剛集團(tuán)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案,金剛集團(tuán)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化應(yīng)從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行:一是六大產(chǎn)品要有取有舍,保留核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力摩擦副運(yùn)動(dòng)組件產(chǎn)品;二是要擴(kuò)大出口產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)份額;三是增加汽油內(nèi)燃機(jī)零部件產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)比例。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the theories related to product structure optimization of internal combustion engine parts production enterprises (cylinder liner, piston, piston ring, piston pin, inlet and outlet valve, bearing, etc.) are summarized, including product and product organization, process flow, technical type, etc. Product structure optimization, competitive positioning, etc. This paper analyzes the present situation of the internal combustion engine industry in China, the development plan of the internal combustion engine industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan, the present situation of the internal combustion engine parts industry and its competitive orientation, etc. The competition of internal combustion engine parts manufacturing enterprises in China is basically formed into two major models: one is a single product manufacturing enterprise, the other is a multi-product manufacturing enterprise. The advantages and disadvantages of the above two competition modes are put forward. At the same time, the direction of product structure optimization in the future is put forward. This paper also studies the product structure optimization of the internal combustion engine parts manufacturing enterprises, mainly including the analysis of the factors related to the product structure optimization of the internal combustion engine parts manufacturing enterprises. The product structure optimization of internal combustion engine parts manufacturing enterprises and the analysis and implementation of product structure optimization based on competitive positioning. In this paper, the current situation of product structure of Shijiazhuang Jinggang Internal Combustion engine parts Group Co., Ltd is studied, and the optimization scheme of product structure of Jinggang Group is put forward through SWOT analysis and product competition positioning analysis. The optimization of product structure of Jinggang Group should be carried out from three aspects: first, six major products should be chosen and rejected, and the core competitiveness should be retained for the friction pair sports component products, second, the market share of export products should be expanded. The third is to increase the proportion of gasoline internal combustion engine parts and components.
