【摘要】:產(chǎn)品競爭戰(zhàn)略管理是構(gòu)成企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的職能戰(zhàn)略之一,對企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略起到了重要的支持作用。建于2003年的秦皇島金海食品工業(yè)有限公司自成立至今,受國際大豆行情和國內(nèi)非轉(zhuǎn)基因大豆市場變化影響,與國內(nèi)其他糧油加工企業(yè)一同經(jīng)歷了經(jīng)營上的大起大落,伴隨著企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論的發(fā)展以及企業(yè)經(jīng)營環(huán)境的變化,如何適時調(diào)整產(chǎn)品競爭戰(zhàn)略乃至企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以應(yīng)對企業(yè)所面臨的環(huán)境變化并實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的長足發(fā)展,,對企業(yè)具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文基于金海食品公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,借助于國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理理論基礎(chǔ),展開深入探討和研究,全文共分5章,第1章為緒論,主要介紹本文的研究背景、方法和內(nèi)容;第2章為產(chǎn)品競爭戰(zhàn)略的基本理論研究基礎(chǔ),包括PEST法、波特五力模型、SWOT分析,和BCG矩陣分析法;第3章為糧油加工業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析和金海食品所處內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析;第4章為基于各種方法對產(chǎn)品競爭戰(zhàn)略的分析,主要包括運(yùn)用波特五力模型對存在一定局限性的BCG分析進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充分析得出金海食品具體產(chǎn)品競爭戰(zhàn)略;第5章則根據(jù)前兩個章節(jié)的分析,提出了相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障措施,即產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、質(zhì)量控制、市場開發(fā)和信息化等等,以期對公司產(chǎn)品競爭戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施提供保障和支持。
[Abstract]:Product competitive strategy management is one of the functional strategies of enterprise development strategy, which plays an important role in supporting the enterprise development strategy. Founded in 2003, Qinhuangdao Jinhai Food Industry Co., Ltd. has been established since its inception. Influenced by the changes in the international soybean market and the domestic non-genetically modified soybean market, together with other domestic grain and oil processing enterprises, they have experienced a great rise and fall in operation, with the development of the theory of enterprise development strategy and the change of the business environment. How to adjust the product competition strategy and even the enterprise development strategy in time in order to cope with the environmental change and realize the rapid development of the enterprise is of great practical significance to the enterprise. Based on the development strategy of Jinhai Food Company and the theoretical foundation of enterprise development strategy management at home and abroad, this paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background of this paper. Chapter 2 is the basic theoretical research foundation of product competitive strategy, including PEST method, Porter's five-force model and BCG matrix analysis, the third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of grain, oil and oil processing industry and the internal and external environment of Jinhai food industry. Chapter 4 is the analysis of product competition strategy based on various methods, including the use of Porter's five-force model to supplement the limited BCG analysis to obtain the specific product competition strategy of Jinhai food. According to the analysis of the first two chapters, the fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding measures of strategic implementation, namely product research and development, quality control, market development and informatization, in order to provide guarantee and support for the formulation and implementation of the company's product competition strategy.
