【摘要】：圍繞三代核電建設(shè)全過(guò)程經(jīng)驗(yàn)反饋機(jī)制的構(gòu)建和運(yùn)行,提出在核電工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)反饋工作的實(shí)施措施,包括進(jìn)行總體策劃、建立組織體系和制度體系、開(kāi)發(fā)信息化平臺(tái)、探索合適的技術(shù)方法、持續(xù)改進(jìn)和定期進(jìn)行交流等。以三門(mén)、海陽(yáng)核電建設(shè)為例,介紹國(guó)家核電技術(shù)公司構(gòu)建和運(yùn)行核電建設(shè)全過(guò)程經(jīng)驗(yàn)反饋機(jī)制的情況,分析該機(jī)制在三代核電自主化戰(zhàn)略中發(fā)揮的重要作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the construction and operation of experiential feedback mechanism in the whole process of nuclear power construction of three generations, the paper puts forward the implementing measures for carrying out experiential feedback work in the field of nuclear power engineering construction, including overall planning, establishment of organization system and system system. Developing information platform, exploring suitable technical methods, continuously improving and exchanging regularly, etc. Taking Sanmen, Haiyang nuclear power construction as an example, this paper introduces the experience feedback mechanism of the construction and operation of the whole process of nuclear power construction by the National Nuclear Power Technology Company. This paper analyzes the important role of this mechanism in the third generation of nuclear autonomization strategy.
