【摘要】：航空工業(yè)具備鮮明的“國(guó)際化工業(yè)”特點(diǎn),造就了航空零部件采購(gòu)和合作生產(chǎn)的龐大市場(chǎng)。航空工業(yè)的國(guó)際合作可以使生產(chǎn)和研發(fā)更加順暢,可以使資源得到充分利用,可以顯著使研制成本降低,還可以帶來(lái)突破性創(chuàng)新。近年來(lái),我國(guó)企業(yè)參與航空工業(yè)國(guó)際合作發(fā)展勢(shì)頭迅猛,產(chǎn)值以每年30%的速度增長(zhǎng)。 本文的研究對(duì)象WL制造企業(yè)是隸屬于中航工業(yè)集團(tuán)公司的一家中型軍工骨干企業(yè)。90年代中后期,公司就開(kāi)始了“國(guó)際化”的嘗試。2000年后,公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)品出口初具規(guī)模。2008年后,公司在轉(zhuǎn)包業(yè)務(wù)上有了一些突破,轉(zhuǎn)包部件的層次、檔次在不斷深化和提高,轉(zhuǎn)包生產(chǎn)初具規(guī)模。近幾年,公司加大了與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家航空制造企業(yè)國(guó)際合作的力度。2010年公司以國(guó)家C919項(xiàng)目為契機(jī),與美國(guó)伊頓公司和安克拉公司達(dá)成C919XX系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目合作,積極融入全球航空產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。 本文先從我國(guó)企業(yè)尤其是制造業(yè)企業(yè)國(guó)際化的概況著手,介紹了公司概況及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,接著從外部宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)與市場(chǎng)和企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境三方面,對(duì)公司國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的影響因素進(jìn)行了逐一分析,隨后在遵從公司整體戰(zhàn)略的前提下,在回顧公司國(guó)際化探索歷程的基礎(chǔ)上,制定了公司國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略。最后從五個(gè)方面詳細(xì)論述了公司國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The aviation industry has the distinct characteristics of "international industry" and has created a huge market for the purchase and cooperative production of aviation parts and components. International cooperation in the aviation industry can make production and research and development smoother and make full use of resources. In recent years, Chinese enterprises' participation in international cooperation in aviation industry has developed rapidly, and the output value has increased at the rate of 30% per year. The research object of this paper is WL manufacturing enterprise, which belongs to China Aerospace Industrial Group Company. In the middle and late 1990s, the company began to try to "internationalize". Since 2008, the company has made some breakthroughs in the subcontracting business. The level and grade of the subcontract components are deepening and improving, and the subcontracting production has begun to take shape in recent years. In 2010, the company took the national C919 project as an opportunity to enter into the global aviation industry chain. This paper begins with the general situation of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises, introduces the general situation of the company and its development status, and then from the external macro environment, industry, market and internal environment of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the internationalization strategy of the company one by one, and then, on the premise of following the overall strategy of the company, on the basis of reviewing the exploration course of the internationalization of the company, Finally, the paper discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the internationalization strategy from five aspects.
