河源市煙草公司員工培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)分析

【摘要】:煙草企業(yè)為國(guó)家的財(cái)政收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。世界經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和政策的變幻,為我國(guó)煙草行業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。如何運(yùn)用好企業(yè)制度,對(duì)煙草行業(yè)的各方面進(jìn)行調(diào)整,以確保煙草行業(yè)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,提升其國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,是一個(gè)相當(dāng)重要的研究課題。不少研究根據(jù)這一課題展開,針對(duì)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)工作的角度,對(duì)煙草行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整進(jìn)行了探討。然而,廣東作為煙草大省,相關(guān)研究比較缺乏,地方性煙草企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)的研究更是少之又少。重視及加強(qiáng)地方煙草企業(yè)的職工培訓(xùn)工作,對(duì)整體提高行業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,起著重要的作用。 河源市煙草公司雖然己經(jīng)建立了初步的專賣員工培訓(xùn)體系,但員工整體學(xué)歷不高,文化素質(zhì)偏低,企業(yè)危機(jī)意識(shí)淡薄。隨著公司的規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,現(xiàn)有的員工培訓(xùn)體系所暴露出來(lái)的矛盾日益突出,為適應(yīng)新世紀(jì)科技、理念的高速發(fā)展,有必要對(duì)員工培訓(xùn)體系重新構(gòu)建。 本文應(yīng)用企業(yè)培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)理論,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)管理方面的研究成果和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),從培訓(xùn)體系組織、流程、內(nèi)容入手,按照提出問(wèn)題——分析問(wèn)題——解決問(wèn)題的思路,采取文獻(xiàn)研究、案例分析、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等研究方法,對(duì)河源市煙草公司企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,分析了河源市煙草公司員工培訓(xùn)中存在的問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代培訓(xùn)理論,對(duì)河源市煙草公司員工培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),包括提出設(shè)計(jì)原則、進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)方法分析、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容和教材設(shè)計(jì)、培訓(xùn)組織實(shí)施設(shè)計(jì)和培訓(xùn)考核評(píng)估設(shè)計(jì)等。最后,本文提出了完善河源市煙草公司員工培訓(xùn)體系的對(duì)策,主要是從制度完善層面、培訓(xùn)環(huán)境、資金支持層面、組織保障和文化結(jié)合等方面保障河源市煙草公司員工教育培訓(xùn)體系實(shí)施的效果。
[Abstract]:The tobacco industry to national financial income and economic development plays an irreplaceable role. The world economic environment and policy changes, and bring opportunities and challenges to the survival and development of China's tobacco industry. How to make good use of enterprise system, all aspects of the tobacco industry to adjust, to ensure the stable development of the tobacco industry. To enhance its international competitiveness, is a very important research topic. A lot of research on this topic, the occupation training work angle, the adjustment of product structure of the tobacco industry are discussed. However, as the Guangdong tobacco Province, lack of relevant research, research on local tobacco enterprise staff training is less and less. Strengthen the local tobacco enterprise staff training, to improve the core competitiveness of the whole industry, plays an important role.
Heyuan City, although the tobacco companies has established preliminary monopoly system of staff training, but the staff overall degree is not high, low culture quality, enterprise crisis consciousness. With the increasing size of the company, the contradiction between the existing staff training system exposed increasingly prominent, in order to adapt to the new century science and technology, the rapid development of the concept, it is necessary to re construction of employee training system.
By using the theory of enterprise training, from the aspects of employee training management outstanding enterprises in the domestic and foreign research results and practical experience, from the organization, training system, in accordance with the content of this question analysis ideas to solve the problem, through literature research, case analysis, questionnaire survey and other research methods, investigated the status quo the tobacco companies staff training enterprise in Heyuan City, analyzes the existing tobacco companies staff training in Heyuan City, using the modern training theory, the tobacco companies of the staff training system of Heyuan city were designed, including the design principles, training needs analysis, training methods, training content and teaching design, organization and implementation of training design and training the assessment of design. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the staff training system of Heyuan city tobacco companies, mainly from the system. Good level, training environment, financial support level, organizational support and cultural integration to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the education and training system for the staff of the tobacco companies in Heyuan.
