復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造中WBS形成方法與信息集成應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和國家安全的重要基礎(chǔ),其管理領(lǐng)域一直備受學(xué)者的關(guān)注。然而長期以來,該領(lǐng)域的管理始終難以從調(diào)度型轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橛?jì)劃可控型,其中一個(gè)重要原因就是WBS(Work Breakdown Structure,工作分解結(jié)構(gòu))支撐不足。如何有效定義復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造項(xiàng)目的WBS,以更好地支持產(chǎn)品形成過程中各類管理事件的執(zhí)行已經(jīng)成為學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本課題從以上問題出發(fā),基于廣泛的文獻(xiàn)閱讀,在深入分析復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造工作分解現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造工作分解需求,提出了基于客戶導(dǎo)向的復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造工作分解方法,并設(shè)計(jì)了WBS信息集成與集成應(yīng)用研究,以及工作分解的評價(jià)研究。 首先,建立了客戶導(dǎo)向的工作分解過程模型(COWBS,Customer Demand-OrientedWork Breakdown Structure),依次構(gòu)造了客戶需求(CR)、功能需求(FR)、設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)(DP)的工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)及相互映射關(guān)系,,并通過考慮能力的約束進(jìn)一步完善了工作分解模型,針對該工作分解思路,還引入了神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具作為實(shí)現(xiàn)的手段。 其次,基于多管理視角對WBS進(jìn)行了信息集成的研究,建立了以項(xiàng)目范圍為導(dǎo)向的集成工作分解模型,將WBS及其衍生分解結(jié)構(gòu)之間進(jìn)行相互映射與信息集成研究;同時(shí),由于WBS的建立是為了更好地服務(wù)項(xiàng)目管理,其一直作為計(jì)劃過程的基礎(chǔ),也因此進(jìn)一步研究了WBS如何為計(jì)劃服務(wù);在WBS的一般評價(jià)方法基礎(chǔ)上,利用模糊集設(shè)計(jì)了針對WBS的多目標(biāo)多層次的評價(jià)方法。 最后,結(jié)合船舶制造項(xiàng)目,通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了以上的分解思路與方法的有效性與可操作性。
[Abstract]:Complex product manufacturing is the important foundation of national economy and national security, and its management field has been paid much attention by scholars. However, for a long time, the management in this field has been difficult to change from scheduling to controllable planning. One of the important reasons is that the WBS(Work Breakdown structure (WBS) is not well supported. How to effectively define the WBSs of complex product manufacturing projects to better support the execution of various management events in the process of product formation has become an academic field. And the focus of the business community. This topic is based on the above issues, Based on the extensive literature reading, this paper analyzes the current situation of complex product manufacturing work decomposition, analyzes the complex product manufacturing work decomposition requirements, and puts forward a customer-oriented complex product manufacturing work decomposition method. The application of WBS information integration and integration, and the evaluation of work decomposition are also designed. First of all, the customer oriented work decomposition process model (COWBSU customer Demand-OrientedWork Breakdown structure) is established, and the work decomposition structure and the mutual mapping relationship of customer requirements, functional requirements and design parameters are constructed in turn. The work decomposition model is further improved by considering the constraints of the ability, and the neural network tool is also introduced as a means to realize the work decomposition. Secondly, based on the multi-management perspective, the information integration of WBS is studied, and the project scope-oriented integration work decomposition model is established to map the WBS and its derived decomposition structure to each other and to study the information integration. Since WBS is established to better serve project management, it has always been the basis of the planning process, so it has further studied how WBS serves the plan, and based on the general evaluation methods of WBS, A multi-objective and multi-level evaluation method for WBS is designed by using fuzzy sets. Finally, the effectiveness and maneuverability of the above decomposition methods are verified by an example of ship manufacturing project.
