【摘要】:公司的目的是盈利,而公司的各項(xiàng)工作都是由員工完成的,員工工作的效果和效率影響著一個(gè)公司的盈利狀況。員工的滿意度會(huì)在很大程度上影響員工的心態(tài)和工作的積極性,最終影響工作的效果和效率。只有關(guān)注和切實(shí)提高公司的員工滿意度,才能從根本上提高員工的工作積極性,激發(fā)員工的潛能,保證公司的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。目前越來(lái)越多的公司管理者認(rèn)識(shí)到員工是公司的寶貴財(cái)富,提高公司員工滿意度成為公司人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)和管理的主要著力點(diǎn)。 DZ監(jiān)理公司是本地區(qū)的監(jiān)理行業(yè)知名度較高的公司,在本地區(qū)有一點(diǎn)的社會(huì)影響力,雖然近幾年公司發(fā)展的速度很快,員工的數(shù)量也不短增多,但是公司的員工滿意度較低。我國(guó)對(duì)監(jiān)理公司的員工滿意度研究還處于起步階段,還比較缺乏較為系統(tǒng)化的專門研究。本文以DZ監(jiān)理公司作為員工滿意度調(diào)查研究的對(duì)象,首先論述此次調(diào)查的背景和研究意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和分析,然后對(duì)員工滿意度的涵義、相關(guān)理論及研究的方法等進(jìn)行了闡述,接著對(duì)DZ監(jiān)理公司的現(xiàn)狀、監(jiān)理行業(yè)特點(diǎn)及影響監(jiān)理公司員工滿意度的因素等進(jìn)行了分析,并構(gòu)建出適合DZ監(jiān)理公司的滿意度調(diào)查研究模型,最后在公司內(nèi)部開(kāi)展?jié)M意度實(shí)地調(diào)查,并對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合深度訪談?wù)页鲇绊慏Z監(jiān)理公司員工滿意度的主要因素,提出提升員工滿意度的建議和措施。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)DZ監(jiān)理公司員工滿意度影響因素分析和研究模型的構(gòu)建及實(shí)地調(diào)研探索應(yīng)用,為DZ監(jiān)理公司全面了解公司員工的真實(shí)需要,更有效的激勵(lì)員工,并進(jìn)行員工的滿意度管理,從而為公司改善經(jīng)營(yíng)管理提供了幫助。
[Abstract]:The company's goal is to make a profit, and the company's work is done by its employees. The effectiveness and efficiency of the employees' work affect the profitability of a company. The employee's satisfaction will greatly affect the employee's mentality and enthusiasm for work. Ultimately affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the work. Only by paying attention to and improving employee satisfaction, can we fundamentally improve the enthusiasm of employees and stimulate their potential. At present, more and more managers realize that employees are the precious wealth of the company, and the improvement of employee satisfaction has become the main focus of human resource development and management. DZ Supervisory Company is a well-known company in the supervision industry in the region. It has a little social influence in the region. Although the company has developed rapidly in recent years, the number of employees has not increased. But the employee satisfaction of the company is low. The research on the employee satisfaction of the supervision company in our country is still in its infancy, and there is a lack of systematic and specialized research. In this paper, DZ supervision company is taken as the object of the employee satisfaction investigation. Firstly, it discusses the background and significance of the investigation, summarizes and analyzes the current research situation in China, then expounds the meaning of employee satisfaction, related theories and research methods, and then describes the current situation of DZ supervision company. The characteristics of supervision industry and the factors influencing the employee satisfaction of supervision company are analyzed, and the satisfaction investigation model suitable for DZ supervision company is constructed. Finally, a field survey of satisfaction is carried out within the company. The results of the investigation are analyzed and the main factors affecting the employee satisfaction of DZ supervision company are found out in combination with in-depth interviews. Suggestions and measures to improve employee satisfaction are put forward. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of employee satisfaction in DZ supervision company and the construction of research model and field investigation and application, this paper aims to provide DZ supervision company with a comprehensive understanding of the real needs of its employees and more effective incentives to its employees. And the employee satisfaction management, so as to improve the management of the company to provide help.
