【摘要】:中國正在由制造大國向制造強國努力轉型。從德國、美國、日本等制造強國的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗看,單個企業(yè)的強大遠不足以支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)的振興。因此,以供應商管理為突破口,大力發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,謀求全球經(jīng)濟話語權,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。工程機械產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是長沙工業(yè)的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)。但長沙工程機械產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展極不平衡,集中表現(xiàn)在主機企業(yè)尤其是龍頭企業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,配套企業(yè)跟進乏力,本地配套率低,尤其是關鍵零部件過度依賴進口。長此以往,將嚴重制約企業(yè)自身乃至產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展壯大。由此引起了企業(yè)、行業(yè)、政府等多方的重視和研究。本文試圖從供應商管理的角度出發(fā)尋求破解之道,研究具有重要的實用價值。 本文以中聯(lián)重科集團下屬最重要的事業(yè)部中聯(lián)工起為研究對象,對其供應商管理現(xiàn)狀、存在的主要問題以及對供應商管理進行改善的必要性進行了詳細剖析,通過借鑒國內(nèi)外典型產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的龍頭企業(yè)供應商管理的成功與不足,結合產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、供應鏈管理及供應商管理的有關理論,從供應商選擇、重要部件供應商管理、供應商評價、供應商管理制度執(zhí)行、供應商管理信息化、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新等六個方面提出了具體的改善方案。以及方案的實施的要點。對效果進行了預測。最后提出了保障措施。 本文的研究結論如下: 改善方案要想達到預期效果,必須得到?jīng)Q策層的理解和支持,以系統(tǒng)工程的形式進行項目運作,在整體方案通過后,還要有詳細的實施步驟和有力的執(zhí)行團隊,并配備必需的資源。此外,供應商管理不僅是企業(yè)管理的重要內(nèi)容,也是構建產(chǎn)業(yè)集群供應鏈的重要環(huán)節(jié)。因此,供應商管理改善不僅僅涉及到企業(yè)內(nèi)部和采供雙方,同樣需要政府、院校、行業(yè)協(xié)會等中介組織的配合與支持。
[Abstract]:China is transforming from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power. From the development experience of Germany, the United States, Japan and other manufacturing powers, the strength of a single enterprise is far from enough to support the revitalization of the industry. Take the supplier management as the breakthrough, vigorously develops the industrial cluster, seeks the global economic discourse power. Construction machinery industry cluster is the pillar industry of Changsha industry. However, Changsha construction machinery industry cluster development is extremely unbalanced, concentrated in the rapid development of mainframe enterprises, especially leading enterprises. The supporting enterprises follow up weak, the local matching rate is low, especially the key parts excessively depend on the import. In the long run, it will seriously restrict the development of the enterprises themselves and even the industrial clusters, thus causing the enterprises and industries. This paper tries to seek the solution from the point of view of supplier management, and the research has important practical value. This paper takes the most important division of Zhonglian weight Group as the research object, analyzes the status quo of its supplier management, the main problems and the necessity of improving the supplier management in detail. Through drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign typical industry cluster leading enterprise supplier management success and insufficiency, combine the industry cluster, supply chain management and supplier management related theory, choose from the supplier. Key components supplier management, supplier evaluation, supplier management system implementation, supplier management information. Six aspects of collaborative innovation, such as concrete improvement scheme, as well as the key points of the implementation of the scheme, the results are predicted. Finally, the guarantee measures are put forward. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: In order to achieve the desired results, the improvement scheme must be understood and supported by the decision-making level, and the project should be operated in the form of system engineering, after the adoption of the overall plan. In addition, supplier management is not only an important part of enterprise management, but also an important link in the construction of industrial cluster supply chain. The improvement of supplier management is not only related to both the enterprise and the supplier, but also needs the cooperation and support of the government, colleges, trade associations and other intermediary organizations.
